    @TSB Why do this for end of year? Always happens when you try to do accounts. Poor planning and very very very poor customer service.

    @TSB your customer service help line is anything but helpful. I'm actually glad I'm not a customer and if my query comes to fruition I have no faith that you would actually care or do anything about it
