    @TSB TSB your telephone banking isn't working properly. It just directs me to credit card and mortgage options. Telephone banking is supposed to be in operation 24hours a day. Hope I can transfer money soon as I have a hotel to pay for and don't want to be waiting until 8 am.

    @TSB is there an issue with the mobile banking app?? I can’t log in, it recognises my face id and then doesn’t take me into the account.
