    @TSB your ridiculous new shop with a cash point in it in Western Rd Brighton has been closed for weeks now. When is it going to open again? you must have a date surely. There is no sign in the window. Because of all your closures the nearest one is 25-30 miles away 😡😡😡

    @TSB over the last 4 days I have spent 5 and half hours trying to get through to the debit card department to unblock my card! Still not got through and just spoke to Reg at customer services who was really uninterested to honest! What happened to #customerservice

    @TSB jst popped to my local branch to deposit some pound coins. The bank is open and staffed but you can only deposit notes into the machine. No service for people who work in the week!! Not much of a banking service!!
