Today, I called Ms Kim who introduced me. She says she will try the best. But she said NO guarantee!? Unbelievable

@TSB I have made international payment 15th Feb. And I am still waiting the money to be transferred. It is two month. I don't know what is the problem. TSB bank didn't explain me.
