Check and double-check your old paper notes before paying in at @TSB The machine chewed one of mine and didn't register it. Fortunately, I spotted the error and staff were helpful in retrieving it. Paid in by a human cashier at the second attempt and all's well

@TSB totally unacceptable service this morning. Card blocked for no reason, no password sent. 90 minutes on hold to sort it out. I take it the CEO is still the same one as during the online fiasco. Maybe employ more call handlers. That was an utter farce.

@TSB Your app is the worst mobile banking app I have had the misfortune to use. Technical problems galore and no solutions. I have had enough of TSB's appalling IT. I am leaving
