Gotta love @TSB for blocking my card for no reason and then not informing me. Then spending hours on the phone for the General helpline to say there's a block on the card, only for fraud to then say there isn't. Already made a complaint, had enough. Moving to @santanderuk

@TSB Is it impossible to contact anyone if you're not already a customer? 2 wks ringing the branch-never an answer. Drove 30mins to the branch today-not open till noon. Try central no.-need an account no. Use online chat-need an account no. Is it impossible to open an account?

So the brave new world of cloud apps and platform integration have seriously time wasting connectivity issues. Specifically @Xero and @TSB fixed fee account, using the open banking Tink API. Which would you ditch? 😠
