@TSB What is the point, it’s the same as every month and it never gets sorted. I know it isn’t your fault and TSB should not only be looking after their customers better but also those of you that have to deal with angry customers by addressing the issue.

@TSB this payment approval option you have is absolutely ridiculous. It doesn’t work with most vendors, by the time I go to approve payment, it’s already failed on the vendor’s site. It’s shocking.
