@TSB Sure, I can do that. I don't have any screen shots. To update, @JonnySherlock 's tip of linking on a Chrome incognito page has worked for now, surely the Tsb IT team can follow the breadcrumbs to whatever the problem is?

@TSB @BenWoodward We had exactly the same, locked out and little help. 2 and a half hours to sort out a transfer to a family member and that was including over an hour of security questions. Was told we'd get a letter to give feedback but over 2 weeks later nothing! Ridiculous

@tsb why can't I use my mobile banking app? Locked out then when trying to set up its saying there was an error to check if my request has gone through before trying again. Total shambles
