    @TSB your entire CX is failing across all channels. You've taken £100s of duplicated payments from my account, your online login is down, and both your app chat & automated helpline are stuck in a horror loop. Ofc there's no human in sight. Appalling treatment of your customers.

    @TSB been trying to make an online pmnt since Sunday. 5 calls to customer services over 90 mins, still no success. Made to go through the 101 of helpdesk fixes including switching off router and clearing browser cache (for a mobile phone app?) Do you have a fix for this yet?

    @Matthew06372804 I'm with you Matthew. Going to close my account tomorrow because the service is so bad that its unusable. Every time I make an online payment my account gets blocked, and the only way to fix it is to call and get put on hold for hours. @TSB Complaints told me this is normal!

    @TSB Do you think it’s acceptable to keep someone locked out of their money for a week? Do you think this is a reasonable time frame for a new customer? Especially after I was promised by your colleague I’d have online access by today.

    @TSB why has a load of transactions from different companies that went out and came up on my statement dated 2nd march and then been debited again today as duplicates this shouldn't be happening you've toon nearly 115 from me in error !!

    @TSB .. you are breaking the law by not implementing a legally binding decision from @financialombuds ! I have been waiting for 19 months for my credit card refund and almost 4 weeks after FOS found in my favour, you STILL haven't paid me!!Wtf is wrong with you people?!😡
