    @Teryll91 @TSB Wow! I’m having the exact same problem? Non of my payments are working when purchasing with my card! Argos just kept failing. I had to use PayPal for it to work. I think I’m going to change banks x

    @TSB Trying to remortgage as an existing customer! Was told couldn't continue due to my credit score despite there being "no issues with your affordability". According to clearscore im "soaring high". Transunion also say 609/710. Very disappointing to be forced elsewhere!

    Why oh why would anyone chooses to bank with @TSB is beyond me, moved most of my banking away approx 5 yrs ago due to very poor service. Ombudsman awards complaint in my favour, still trying to sort the issue. 3hrs on the 📞 2hrs in branch & still no further🤬🤬🤬

    @TSB So your mobile app says your help numbers are available 7am-11pm 7 days a week. On your website (and the phone) says 8am. Just wasted 6 min going through automated messages to find out your app timings are wrong. Phoning from abroad, wasted money. Please update.

    @TSB your customer service is awful!!!! Partner stuck abroad you are declining all his transactions and you refuse to call him?! He has to call you?He can’t when he can’t top up the phone! We have been in branch twice before he travelled and you assured us this wouldn’t be issue!

    @lauren_k_moore @beckyjagoitv @TSB This is awful, makes my blood boil. That said, TSB what are you doing? No alarm bells? I had to jump through hoops to put 4K in my account after I sold a car at Barclays, I think you hold some responsibility here !!

    @alastairmci @TSB Just PR puff alas. No effort to fix it, but constant repetition of the fact that it could not now be fixed. People with limited power doing their best no doubt, but the whole thing had a 'computer says no' feel to it.
