    @TSB Its obviously not just a problem with web page and app, there are cases like ours where state pension hasn’t posted. No money no way to pay bills, and buy food.

    @TSB why is #tsb giving the same generic responses this is not customer service, tell us what’s happened, this is so annoying for customers

    @TSB @TSB for those still having problems, I seem to have figured a work around on my mobile app. Instead of using fingerprint, use the standard login. So far this has worked everytime when fingerprint has failed.
