    @TSB Hi, re app being down. Get through log in details then a message saying sorry, we can't do that. Error at our end. Or something similar.

    @TSB To be honest no it just won’t load and go forward all I want is a chance to talk to someone in the business team . It’s like asking for a lift to heaven from god in a Robin reliant. Impossible all I’m getting is the long finger and told wait four more weeks and call back
