    @TSB absolutely shocking customer support. Chat bot is of no use, now been waiting 44 minutes to speak to someone about transactions you have made on my account without any communication or explanation. Seriously unimpressed.

    @TSB I Lost my card with no access to cash , explained the situation. Still no access to cash, feels like a poor relationship after 20 years.

    After @tsb were so entirely unhelpful, I crossed the street to @AskNationwide who were brilliant and had sorted him a savings account in minutes. That’s customer service. I’ll look to move myself ASAP - #TSB have lost custom today

    @TSB @ACieslinski If it’s any help I tried to get this information from TSB myself today as I called the branch ahead of time to book £3000 that I wished to withdraw……they wouldn’t let me unless I provided proof of what I wanted the money for!!!!!! Excuse me for wanting to take out my own money!

    @TSB Just trying to fix the interest rate to better than the variable and not be denied access to that service, which could be seen as discriminatory of TSB, considering I've been trying to get the matter dealt with for a month already. Let's hope your office hours are better.

    @TSB Went in person yesterday, made an appointment for today, has now been re-scheduled for tomorrow due to your 'system' having problems. I've been trying to get it sorted since September so I'm just keeping a record/log here. I'm unemployed trying to fix interest rate @MartinSLewis

    @TSB tried to open joint account 3 weeks ago which apparently would take a couple of days to go through! This is becoming urgent and not a word from you! No one answers the phone & need an account number to speak to anyone still waiting for an account number…. Appalling service

    @TSB hi I have a cheque that I want to pay into my TSB account but the nearest branch is 40 miles away. Do I have a different option of paying this in rather than travelling all that way. Options such as using some other bank or service?

    @TSB The online mortgage form has some bugs. If I add previous addresses in the ‘address details’ section and click next, it stays on the same section. Also at the end of the form the submit button brings you to an error page. When will this be fixed? Thanks
