  • maharris98 Matthew Harris (@maharris98) reported

First time using @TSB online banking to look at my mortgage and #unimpressed - no special characters in passwords, misleading error messages, session management problems #ugh

  • ChrisJacksonIAm Chris Jackson 💙 (@ChrisJacksonIAm) reported

@TSB why is nothing being done with regards to your app preventing online card payments from being authorised? This has been 2 weeks now since I was told you are “aware” of the issue #badcustomerservice

  • Sueruss55 susan russell (@Sueruss55) reported

@TSB Oh that’s disappointing, I was clutching at straws then. So Your IT technicians are in the dark as well? Usually when companies don’t have in house expertise to solve problems they call in outside help. Contractors if you will. Expensive, but might be necessary. Nearly a week now

  • Sueruss55 susan russell (@Sueruss55) reported

@TSB I do not believe anything I say or do is going to fix the problem with your security software. The only upside of this for financial services in this country is the fact that TSB don’t have many customers. Otherwise this would be headline news.

  • Sueruss55 susan russell (@Sueruss55) reported

@TSB Yes, I receive an SMS code, but when I use it to verify the purchase, alongside the requested email address that generates yet another error message

  • Sueruss55 susan russell (@Sueruss55) reported

@TSB Still can’t find most of my Twitter conversations with Lesley and Alex. Will have to get one of my sons to show me how to access the thread. There must be at least 50 messages I can’t find. Ah well

  • Sueruss55 susan russell (@Sueruss55) reported

@TSB If this is the first time you have heard of this issue it might help customers if you share this information with your colleagues, then they won’t suffer the same confusion and surprise.

  • Sueruss55 susan russell (@Sueruss55) reported

@TSB No need to be sorry, there is no confusion. Your security software is blocking online purchases and you need to fix it. I have called your customer service department and they have logged the circumstances specific to me. This does not appear to have helped. At all.

  • parker_cheyne Christine (@parker_cheyne) reported

@TSB I am@unable to approve payments on the app, has been like this for a few days and then wasn’t able to chat online as service wasn’t in operation at the time! Had to transfer to bank account with another bank to then authorise the payment from there

  • Sueruss55 susan russell (@Sueruss55) reported

@TSB It makes no difference what laptop or phone, which browser, etc etc your customers are using. The issue remains the same. Your security software is not allowing your customers to buy things online.
