@TSB Yes, we've had access to the accounts for nearly 10 years. We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Do you want details of accounts?

@TSB (Fort William) Please return the £350 you have mistakenly took from my daughters account .. you said you'd fix this over a week ago and still nothing .. in todays climate where every penny counts its pretty much disgusting ..they are a low income daily with a 1 year old ..

@TSB I have ,you have some serious problems I think I might be taking my money back to @NatWest_Help if your problems carry on ,not being able to make basic card transactions is just ridiculous

@TSB ok - managed to get through on the phone. It works with Edge but not Firefox. Got some babble about 'older browser' but I don't see anything on your website limiting the usable browsers. Put the phone down before I said something I would regret.

@TSB is the app not working again??!! are you doing scheduled maintenance again????!!!! If so why don’t you say so in the app!!! And if not, did you know your app is broken……AGAIN!!! With an error message “oops that didn’t work try again!! 😡 you know what TSB stands for???

@TSB how can i make a complaint online about business banking?? It keeps throwing up an error. Asked for statements on numerous occasions over a 6 month period and I still don't have them. Called today AGAIN but the systems are down.

@TSB won't or can't close an old charity bank account and can't help me exercise my personal Information right to be forgotten. Then cut me off part way through a phone call after you've fought their automated call handling. GAH! BIG 5 BANKS HOPELESS.

@TSB your Hanley branch is a disgrace! Waiting after 9am for when you should open for an employee to stick a sign on the door saying temporary closed @ 9:05am and walk away - no apologies! Terrible customer service, thanks for wasting my time #rubbish #badcustomerservice
