    @TSB This is completely unacceptable, every month there is issues. Bills to pay things to buy with MY money. Trust and credibility absolutely gone. May only be one person, but you’ve lost my custom and will be leaving TSB. You used to be such a credible bank.

    @TSB Can we stop having an auto response from “Beth” and actually get this back up and working. We have got bills that are set to be paid today and if they are not certain services we pay for will get cancelled. How can this keep happening without a full proof resolution?

    @TSB @StevenPDawson How can a service be down for so long? What is going on in your IT dept. This is definately the final straw, time for me to move and sad after been with you over 30 years. Shocking service!
