  @TSB hey they. Need help please. Trying to log in online and can’t because I don’t my user ID and I don’t have my bank card to find my account details (it’s been a while since I used the account). Anything I can do other than go in branch to sort this out?

  @TSB @celestial_ess It does work now, Beth, but it's too late. It's been down for over an hour, and to the customers it just seems like you started the maintenance early. That might not be the reality, and there might have been some horrific coincidence, but it's too late now.

  @TSB Many times already. Letters don't work. I may aswell have burned that 50 GBP. 50 minutes in a queue. There used to be email communication between a manager and customer and a cheaper foreign call. Not any more. There is a one way email with an offer to contact the ombidsmun.

  Anyone having issues with @TSB ? Sent money, not showing in transactions but has left my account as balance is £0 but not in receivers bank. Can't even use chat as it's down. So tired of how much this bank is unavailable. Time for a switch

  @TSB My switch was cancelled cos of a backlog, should have been reinstated but wasn’t. I’ve spoken to many people, non could help me. I need to call on Monday. If @TSB need an example of an atrocious customer journey just look at mine. I don’t even know if I’ll get the switch bonus.

  @TSB Most of it was resolved by the branch but even that lady gave up trying to get through to credit card fraud @TSB and had the same problems as we did, advisor not understanding what she was saying. Not a good look.

  @TSB Need access to money, you can’t inform people It’s from 10 and then just do it at 8. Shambles of a bank as per usual!
