@TSB Hello TSB - I can't access my inbox to download my statement this morning. I can log into my account but the top right hand envelope icon is missing. I've had the email to tell me that my statement is ready...but can't get at it.

@TSB any reason why the banking app won't let me log in? It won't even ask me for my password, it just says "We're unable to log you in right now. Please try again later" - it's been doing this for days now....

@TSB I’m trying to close 2 acc’s. My local branch shut down and I have no printer to fill out form. Tried doing it online but can’t get the facial recognition to work no matter what I do. Getting fed up with the whole thing! What do you recommend? Thanks.

@TSB wording is: "ASAP The money will reach the recipient´s account the next working day' to say 'Most Faster Payments will be received by the beneficiary within 2 hours, but it can sometimes take up to close of business the next working day." Fix pls?
