    @EmilyWrighty96 @fivepandacats @TSB delay. I would urge anyone already with the app to use that. Otherwise I'd expect it to be back up and working tomorrow sometime depending on how many people kept trying because we weren't given good advice. Hope it's sorted for you very soon. I expect it will be. Are you OK

    @TSB (and those following)… the online payment code issue seems to be fixed here now. I'll be helping my parents switch banks over the next few weeks. The downtime is bad enough but the total lack of (useful) communication is a dealbreaker.

    @TSB Hi trying to apply for overdraft increase using online banking keep getting “An error has occurred We're sorry, but we're experiencing some technical issues” on submitting final section. Plz don’t ask me to phone point of online is avoid a queue to speak to some1 w/no Eng
