    @WorldFamousHot1 @TSB I actually really enjoy trying to log in 68 times just to check some bills have been paid - EVERY MONTH. It really makes you feel valued as a customer that they haven’t addressed the issue in 4 years.

    Concern by many customers of why @TSB is “out with the begging bowl” asking customers for more money when they are no where near there limits, and they always pay well beyond the minimum payment to pay their cards down. Many are now looking for alternative banking 7/

    literally been on the phone for an hour talking to @TSB for the women to rudely cut me off an say it’s the end of the working day now so i’m going to go i’ll call you back tomorrow like wtf? how unprofessional
