@TSB when are payments going to be refunded. I have just spent most of the morning on the phone trying to find out why this payment has been taken. Then I see on Twitter it’s a TSB error. I hope we will be compensated for this.

@TSB your duplicate payments error is the final straw for me and I expect many others. Constantly having issues with you. When are the payments going to be refunded, we all have bills to pay and the fact this is still ongoing is not good enough.
