@TSB still can’t gain access to the app, such a stressful day- had bills to pay and couldn’t go out as I can’t transfer money from savings to main account. When will this be resolved? having to take time out of my own day to keep checking the app and internet banking not working

@TSB Hello @EmmaforWycombe can you do anything about customers having no access to their money @TSB are failing the customers big time. If this was the other way round all customers would be paying fines #TSB
