    @TSB I want to make a complaint, this is absolutely ridiculous that I can’t access my own bank account. If I can’t access my own account soon I’ll be taking it to the financial ombudsman!

    @TSB They don't even have the decency to explain the outage, just a cut and paste answer from "Tom" It's not called the Toy Town Bank for nothing

    @TSB I think its very frustrating the app isn't working but what is even more annoying is the copy and paste answer you are sending everybody!!!!!

    @ktincey @TSB @jess32689422 Also why is this maintenance essential at the start of a month when everyone is getting paid? Trouble is all this maintenance and there’ll still be issues in a few weeks.
