Neil Fawcett (@BarristerNF) reported@FilmPhilDoc @TSB It's a pain. I spent about 15 years with NatWest. They managed to lose piles of cheques deposited with them on two separate occasions. Customer service terrible. A huge monolithic unresponsive slow bank. Have used Starling for business now for years- amazing.

RedLaser4000 (@RedLaser4000) reported@TSB not sure why you need a DM, fairly simple - logging in needs a one time passcode if new device. Works if you ask for it on a mobile, produces the error if you check the box for the landline.
