@TSB I am absolutely disgusted at the quality of service atm. On the back of what you subjected customers to earlier in the year by taking money from their accounts that had already been taken and putting some of them into their over drafts, we are again subjected to incompetence

@TSB app doesn’t make me approve payments. I click on “approve payment” and do thing happens! It’s been days! Also this thing of approving payments all the time is very impractical! I called the bank and they told me that there is an issue…when are you going to resolve???

Hi @TSB on your banking app, the approve payment button in the payments to approve is not working. Strangely the reject payment button is. Could you please look into this? Was working fine last week.

@debsdelaney71 @TSB Well said ! TSB seem reluctant to simply admit there is a widespread issue here. Instead they suggest that customers follow steps that will not solve the issue. Customers understand there can be issues. Being honest would help.

@TSB Hi, do you know when the IT issue on the business app for authenticating purchases will be fixed? I phoned Monday and was told to keep trying but this is holding up work I want to do!

@TSB @AuntWinifred None of which will work. Unsure why TSB seem reluctant to issue bulletin explaining there is a widespread issue with the payment approval on the app. Far better to be honest than to request customers jump through a series of hoops which ultimately will make no difference.

@TSB just to say worst customer services & live chat which is laughable!! Every single time I get cut off, no one calls back and I’ve to start from beginning!! This has been ongoing complaint since FEBRUARY sort yourselves out!!!
