Had to wait over 3 weeks to use my new bank card after mine got ate in a machine as TSB had an issue sending out new PIN numbers and now this glitch with duplicating payments! @TSB is a joke, they need to refund everyone ASAP this is so unfair.

@TSB I can't sleep because of this tsb problem now putting this rite over nite now am £32 overdrown this Is s joke if this isn't sorted am well into complaining big time am left with no money what so ever sort urself out tsb ohhh am changing banks

@TSB @agfreeth Instead of putting right over night, Tsb have taken further amounts I'm £1500 missing and £500 overdrawn. This needs sorting now!! Customer service is disgraceful.

Morning and Thank you @TSB for sorting out the duplicate payment issue. It wasn’t very pleasant experience, it was pretty much panic day. However, this shouldn’t have happened in first place. Don’t be surprise if you lose your customers.

@KevinRo21410945 @TSB my bank was fine until about 1am now there's all sorts of transactions that I didn't even make and ones from the start of the month. it's put me into an unauthorised overdraft and left me no money for food or getting to work. I didn't even know there was issues until an hour ago
