    @TSB so the banking app has been down since 6pm last night. Can't travel to important appointments as can't use card even though there is money in my bank... I hope you're gonna compensate your customers for this MAJOR setback...

    @tom_pattercake @TSB Yep it's been down for around 48 hours it seems to be the monthly ritual "it's payday week let's limit the traffic by turning off this server for an extra long weekend"

    @TSB I've literally not gona longer than 3 months without an issue with the Tsb app or the service in a really long time. Last time I almost switched bank. I know its not twitter teams fault but ******* I'm sick of this. Hope you can provide meaningful update soon and GL with the day
