@TSB why is there no one who appears to be able to help me locate my missing refund? @AmazonUK informed me they have refunded me. You tell me you can’t see the refund?I filled out the transaction dispute form required. Disputes tell me they can’t help & to call another number!???

@TSB Your business banking phoneline is probably the most difficult automated service to get through, it seems to deliberately funnel you away from speaking to an advisor. Also, your complaints form won't even load. Can someone get in touch pls, otherwise I'm closing my account

@TSB just used a cashpoint. Didn't dispense my cash but shows it has come out of my account. Error message showed on the screen. Can you help?
