    Appalling service from @TSB Credit card declined online and in a trusted local cafe. Helpline supposed to be open until 11pm, but automated message advises it’s 8pm! Which is it?

    @dush077 @TSB Same issue have provided details by DM...but beware as my credit carf was also just declined when i tried to use it online. I hope this issue is resolved quickly

    @TSB you have closed my husbands bank account without reason and no one can tell him why, his account has been frozen and we are unable to access any funds, we are currently unable to pay our bills and feed our children, we need someone to call us back urgently
