@TSB Whenever I log in there isn't an option to do this. I now can't transfer to my savings pots for the same issue. Its ridiculous this now. They actually took the ISA away from me and put the savings back into my account. Why cant I deposit into my 2nd savings account?

@TSB There doesn’t need to 3 layers of security ! It’s rubbish, Lloyds and Barclays don’t have this issue ! Guess TSB customers need to shift their accounts to a more user friendly platform!

Unbelievably poor service from @TSB. Asked to change a bank mandate in October 2021 and despite 10 visits to branch and numerous phone calls it still hasn’t happened. I should have realised they were incompetent when they managed to lose the first form.

@TSB Hi, why have you suspended my account for a perfectly legitimate bank transfer, then close your phone lines at 9pm so I can’t unlock it? Is there not a simpler way, e.g allowing me to approve thing transaction on the app or with a code? Please help.

@TSB our customers are experiencing pending trx double the amount of the actual trx. Eating into their available balance. The trx then settles for the correct amount. Lots of reports from TSB and YB card holders. Is there a known issue? Thanks

@TSB I’d be more than happy to, the basic issue is that I can access my account from my phone but when trying to same from web portal it asks re-verify my self and for the same computer and IP address!

@TSB are there any issues with your website? I cannot logging into my account. It keeps saying it’s incorrect password or memorable information.I reset it like 4 times thinking that maybe it was not correct or I forgot but after the 3rd time I’m starting to think it’s not me!

I have had someone try open a bank account in my name! You would have thought reporting it to @TSB would be easy, but 5 calls later, no one seems to be able to help I never knew it would be so hard with these fraud warnings!
