    @TSB what is the point of having a Chat function in your app, that asks you to describe the issue while waiting for an agent ... then promptly closes the conversation each time you describe the issue. A continual loop wasting time.

    @TSB horrendous service from your end. My transfers have bounced back three times and account overdrawn. Why does your bank not accept payments from overseas customers all of a sudden.Really poor customer service. Never had any issues before this year u have really let me down

    @TSB How do I get my account sorted for fraud when I call and it cuts off after 30 mins of waiting!! Frustrating! Can’t help in branch either!
