    @TSB I have received a text saying that a payment has taken my account into an unarranged overdraft! Because your app is not working at the moment, I am unable to move my money from one account to the other so that I am no longer overdrawn! I better not be charged for this!!

    @TSB Internet banking still not working. I’m been trying to transfer money for petrol since 7.30am this morning. Not good.

    I really hope @TSB don't charge their customers an account fee!! People can't approve payments, pay bills or simply access their own cash. Poor service that's happens far to much. Get it sorted.
