natalie (@nataliemolson) reported@TSB I don’t think that’s relevant, the problem is you don’t do counter service so no customers can withdraw over £500 on weekends. transferred the money over to an account I hold with @Nationwide and went to their branch. They were so so helpful couldn’t do enough for their customers

Leigh (@Leigh52661752) reported@TSB Just thought I would let you know your colleagues at my local branch did not bother to get back to me following your message to them, assuming they were sent the message of course. Perhaps if I were looking to borrow money not withdraw my own the service would have been better?
