@TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

@TSB IT failure is a banking error, customers can claim for compensation, especially if the error has had a financial impact, for example, being charged for a payment that was missed as a result of the IT failure.

@TSB This would not be such a big issue, if the nearest branch isn’t half a county away and your phone lines were always busy. Why haven’t the bugs in the app been sorted by now as this is the fourth time it’s happened I think it’s time to switch banks

@TSB I've literally not gona longer than 3 months without an issue with the Tsb app or the service in a really long time. Last time I almost switched bank. I know its not twitter teams fault but ******* I'm sick of this. Hope you can provide meaningful update soon and GL with the day
