    @TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

    @TSB To be locked out of your account for 24hrs is just unacceptable! You haven’t given reason why we can’t access or a rough estimate of when we can get access!

    @TSB @financialombuds How can it be legal for a bank to deny access to our accounts, debit and credit cards and direct debits for almost 24 hours and all they tell you is we are aware of the issue and are working on it! No meaningful update has been provided AT ALL!
