    @TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

    So @TheFCA website seems very clear that @TSB fraud team cannot do to me what they have done, particularly as they said I had no option to provide any evidence to prove my position. We will now see what the Financial Ombudsman has to say about that.....

    @TSB each time I log on to banking it logs me off and then won't let me log back on- this is happening everytime- is there an issue with the TSB website?

    @ZoeKeeffe @TSB @waitrose Shame as I haven’t had an issue with TSB before. Apple Pay just worked so think it’s been fixed. Hope you’ve managed to get it sorted for yourself too!

    @TSB Hi Tom, I gave up and used a different provider to make the payment, so it worked perfectly. Disappointing customer service, just not a good experience.

    @TSB It's online Tom, there's some kind of issue, fair few of us on here saying our payments have declined tonight.
