  @TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

  @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

  @TSB what is wrong with the app yet again !! Constantly getting messages "oops something went wrong , try again later" This is beyond a joke now with the app, it has gone on for years , don't have another issues with any other banking but #tsb

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @santanderuk @TSB You absolute cowards. Your complaints person just called me and then hung up - on a bank holiday - except I can't call you back - because it's a bank holiday! Disgusting customer service!
