    @TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

    @TSB I’ve tried hiding the toolbar but it still doesn’t let me at accept/reject. I’ve tried using the smallest text on my phone but the text size doesn’t change (that’s an accessibility issue).

    @TSB I’ve just opened a new spend and save plus account, got new account details bank card pin all turn up but it’s not working? I’ve got a spend and save normal account, opened the new one but no way of accessing it online?? I’m not sure what to do

    @TSB someone please get intouch i have filled 2 online dispute forms now as i keep having a company i dont know charge my card. I have called i want these funds back as i do not know who they are and the lack of help and constant bloody forms is a joke you havent even stopped it!

    @TSB Yes when she enters all her details in which I have checked are correct to order a paying in book, an error message saying 'Sorry something has gone wrong' comes up.

    @TSB is there an issue with payment approvals in the app? I’ve tried taxing my car 5 times in the last hour, used different browsers- gets to contacting your bank, says open app & go to payments to approve.. nothing
