@TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

@TSB Seriously considering changing banks. Your app is down regularly. Oh and remember that time you allowed payments to go out twice leaving people out of pocket for a few days! Only compensating people when they requested it.

@TSB just wondering when will your banking app be back up? Every time I try to log in this morning I get a message saying "we're updating the app. Sorry this means you can't get into the app right now...". Your website status however says the app is online. What's going on?
