@TSB I have changed phones and can’t remember my user id or memorable word or password I used to log in with touch now it Face ID tried to contact you via the app on old phone but it’s no help

@TSB yet again the app and website is down.... need to pay bills. I want access to my online account and i want to be able to pay my bills... Shambles of a bank. At least 6 service issues a year. Leaving by close of business today
