    I’ve been with @TSB since I was born. My parents opened it when I was a baby to put in any money I was given. 28 years later and I’m leaving. Im sick of their non existent service, their unreliability and not being able to access my money due to technical errors.

    @TSB I think you need to pass this comment to your superiors and explain that a lot of customers are complaining all of a sudden, following a script to fix it for every person isn’t the answer, it makes the bank look incompetent. It’s now 10pm and it’s still down btw

    @TSB app down AGAIN and unable to access money. Unacceptable. When will it be working again so I can empty my accounts and use a proper bank?
