    @TSB I am worried because after being a customer for 20 years tsb have suspended my account and will not tell me why so my christmas pay has not gone into my account no one will tell me why I just need to wait for a 2nd class letter. Great customer service

    @TheVocalSausage @TSB @AvivaUK I went through it right after the new year in 2015. My typing is terrible this morning. Anyway, it is horrible, but for safety reasons (mold) wet sheet rock/plasterboard has to be removed.

    @TSB Would have thought with the Haddington branch being closed for the last week due to burst pipes you would have workers in fixing this issue. Passed a short while ago and the place is in darkness and obviously no work happening, meanwhile customers suffer and you don`t care.
