    @TSB has bad customer service I’m so disappointed kmt NEVER EVER IN MY WHOLE LIFE A BANK HAS MADE ME WAIT OUTSIDE IN THE FREEZING COLD FOR THEM 2 EMPTY THE MACHINES OR PUT MONEY IN WHATEVER THE MAN SAID. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING @TSB

    @TSB I got two SMS messages from you saying that there is fraudulent activity on my account and saying I should call you. I called, but the agent says she can't talk to me about it. What kind of customer service is that?

    @paullewismoney @TSB @haggerdoo If the banks allow scammers to open bank accounts then they are not doing their job properly. They should therefore be liable. If they were more liable they would be forced to sort this problem.

    Hey @TSB any issues with contactless. I've had my android pay declined three times but there's loads in the account and the card worked ok elsewhere

    @TSB You can see the flaming payment has gone out. I am disabled and if this keeps happening, I won't be able to use pay at the pump. Who is going to be at fault for the discrimination @TSB or @Tesco ? Didn't have an issue when the holding fee was £1, can afford to let that hold.
