    Hey @TSB I’ve lost my phone, I pay for the gold service! I’ve been trying to speak to someone since yesterday to make a claim! Im stuck!!! Have a look at your policy pdfs please all the numbers don’t work, the one number that does cuts off.

    @TSB you have closed my husbands bank account without reason and no one can tell him why, his account has been frozen and we are unable to access any funds, we are currently unable to pay our bills and feed our children, we need someone to call us back urgently

    @dush077 @TSB Same issue have provided details by DM...but beware as my credit carf was also just declined when i tried to use it online. I hope this issue is resolved quickly
