    @GreerIsla @TSB It’s ridiculous. My card transaction wouldn’t go through was the first I knew of it and it’s left me in **** unable to get home until sorted

    @TSB Otp is fair enough its that logging in with password then memorabil info etc is a farce when the app is known for sooo many issues. Having to call friend to pay for me!!

    @TSB Can’t seem to set up memorable information when trying to register for my online banking as it keeps showing technical error message. Tried to phone the helpline earlier and managed to get through to someone who then cut me off. I have been trying to sort this for a month🥲
