    @laura563 @TSB I had same problem and called TSB and after 45mins got thru and chap suggested did I have another card with another provider I could use and so I did that without any issue.

    @TSB Its getting the one time passcode that's the issues. You aren't working hard because it's happening all the time. I've just had another passcode come through that is 30 minutes after the last one but that's nearly 3 hours since requesting it. It's not good enough.

    @TSB hello. Trying to checkout my grocery shop. Your new verification method says I need a code, to be sent to my mobile, which I have checked is correct. I have been trying for 4 hours still no code. I've checked and double checked my details are correct Fix it please

    @Chelss_1992 @TSB Well I knew there were issues because when I called their phone bank to make some payments it said there were long wait times and down detector was showing problems. Luckily I was able to do what I needed to do but would have been useful to know what the issue was.

    @TSB your website isn’t sending authentication codes for card payments. There seems to be a general problem. What is the expected timescale for this to be fixed?

    Ah @TSB issues again, suprise suprise, and again no communication at all. Can't make any payments because of a phatom code that never appears! Just spent 3 well used mins to open a @HalifaxBank instead. Looking forward to receiving my new bank card 🙃
