@TSB @TSB I have put the phone down after doing all that can be reasonably expected of me. Cancel the fraudulent card, I’ve cancelled the DD that has been set up on my current account which is not with TSB. If any transactions occur on the fraudulent card I will not be responsible

@TSB Hello TSB - I can't access my inbox to download my statement this morning. I can log into my account but the top right hand envelope icon is missing. I've had the email to tell me that my statement is ready...but can't get at it.
