kezney (@kezney13) reported@TSB I’ve just managed to sign into online banking on my phone. Switched off the sky WiFi and used my phones mobile data (3 mobile) - can sign in this way.

Anne Mc (@annewmc) reported@John170277 @TSB It is a Sky issue but only affecting those services connecting via particular DNS severs. Sky have acknowledged the issue to JISC who provide internet connectivity to universities.
