    Not terribly impressed @TSB decided to give online help a try re. Mortgage. Simply wanted to know what my rate is as its unclear when i log in and where it is on website Was given wrong info, very unclear. Ended with being disconnected. Thankfully i saved transcript, woeful CS 🤬

    @TSB instead of asking everyone to send you a DM, it is clear the app is down send out a service message and give us a eta for a fix

    @TSB app down on pay day AGAIN...regular as clockwork. I need to transfer money for bills coming off my account...when will the app be working again? All I get is the circle of doom when in the app.
