@TSB Thanks Rich for your help and quick reply. For feedback to your team, this kind of thing seems to happen far too frequently with TSB compared to my other current account - appreciate you want to keep things secure and fraud free, it just seems over zealous too often.

@TheSun @TSB online banking system has been down for many customers since the Gov made them up their security systems. It's been over a month for me, online payments still don't work. @TSB's response, silence!

  • sdscotphotos SDGeek (@sdscotphotos) reported

@TSB Why are you not allowing my mother to access her online banking without providing a mobile phone no? She doesn't have a mobile so now can no longer access her money. PS you closed our local branch. Disgraceful.

@TSB are there any issues with your website? I cannot logging into my account. It keeps saying it’s incorrect password or memorable information.I reset it like 4 times thinking that maybe it was not correct or I forgot but after the 3rd time I’m starting to think it’s not me!

@TSB Whenever I log in there isn't an option to do this. I now can't transfer to my savings pots for the same issue. Its ridiculous this now. They actually took the ISA away from me and put the savings back into my account. Why cant I deposit into my 2nd savings account?

  • globaltowsswot Dario Trinidad (@globaltowsswot) reported

@TSB No. There is no error. Only the Continue button is grey. My address is still the UK one. Maybe is related.
