    @TSB trying to make online payments to shops and my card being refused several times, also anything linked to that card like pay in 3 with PayPal also refused, is there a problem today?

    @TSB What is the point, it’s the same as every month and it never gets sorted. I know it isn’t your fault and TSB should not only be looking after their customers better but also those of you that have to deal with angry customers by addressing the issue.

    @TSB Sadly makes no difference Tom, the same problem is on both. EVERY time it's a palava logging in. It's been happening so long, clearly it's not going to be fixed. Competitors also offer better rewards and interest rates too so no incentive not to switch. #WINWIN #PoorManagement

    @geoallison @TSB I was once in a meeting with their CTO They had some very "interesting" ideas about how to design a stable and resilient service Where interesting = not a clue

    @TSB I'm trying to pay bills and the banking app says its an error at your end. The app tells me the payment may or may not have been sent. This happens all the time. Waste of my time.
