@TSB ive had a payment pending for 12 days, but the payment never actually processed and was cancelled... so now £30 that hasnt been spent is still allocated to a payment that was never made... help please?

@TSB It logged me out of the app entirely, to behind with. Then when entering my username, it wouldnt allow me to get to the password input stage. Not having the issues now but this is a regular occurrence and it’s a bit of a joke now.

So I get my daughter an account at the local @TSB branch which then closes. Not a problem, we can use internet banking and a paying in book. There’s always a way. Only no there isn’t. Being a child she has to do everything in branch. But there isn’t one? Repeat. Do not pass go.
