    @TSB Yes it is working now but not really helpful, it needs to work when I need to use it! Luckily, actual there is no luck involved, it was a conscious decision, my business banking is with another bank, and I have never had an issue with the app, and it has so many more functions.

    @TSB I can get in now but it’s was a long time to wait to access my account. Why is this happening so much? It’s getting a bit silly now.

    @ColeHulking @TSB I can get in fine. I just have to reset details each time. I only login once a month now at the most because of it. It's only a secondary account used for transferring money about.

    @TSB just tried to log into TSB website from my PC and I immediately get booted back to my ID number screen.

    @TSB I've been having this problem for 6 months. It won't let me add letters when asking for memorable name, only numbers. Got to the stage now where last time I logged in I transferred all but £100 out of my account.

    @sgmaclennan1 So tempting to jack @TSB in. Thirty plus years a customer and they just don’t get it. Loyalty is worth nowt if the product is broken.
