@TSB hello. How come in the business bank account you can’t access statements that are posted but on personal accounts you can? Also how come the bank now charges £5 for a statement to be printed, without enabling you to print statements at home?

Whilst we were in London last week I had £300 stolen from my bank account. @TSB have been awful with this fraud claim. They have told me to go to the Police and find CCTV footage. The bank has not protected me against fraud. I feel let down, upset and worried. Terrible service!

Hands down worst bank @TSB won't let me pay my credit card because I moved current account from them. Shut local branches, can't pay over phone or Internet banking. But can still spend on the card no bother 🤔 Absolute scam to make interest and/or generate new accounts.

@TSB Hi Beth. I can print statements however, the formal statements are better and often required for auditing purposes. It would be a really quick fix if the functionality is enabled for business accounts, seeing as it is on personal ones
