@TSB Every last penny better be back in my bank account. This is unacceptable for a bank to make this kind of error, its suspicious what are you bankers upto? What you trying to cover up with a massive "mistake" like this?

@TSB How about the £14 in mobile credit I wasted ringing the council for the extra tax payment that had been made that I thought was their error? Was told by my bank that there was a message on internet banking to inform customers of the issue, but there was nothing on the TSB app.

@TSB Shocking really. How do you explain an issue like this? I've had payments made from the beginning of March come out again today... Absolutely shocking. How can that even happen? #TSB should be contacting us directly to explain this. I should have left ages ago.

@LaLaDee21 @TSB It's definitely not the first time tsb have caused financial issues for their customers. There are always rumours of compensation but unfortunately it never happens. Absolutely disgraceful, especially in times like these when everyone is struggling

@TSB Overnight........ no good enough tsb!! We trust you with our money and it takes over 24 hours to get back. Not our error! Funny how you'd want your money straight away! Absolutely disgusting the amount of families who have went without today! People are struggling as it is!!
