    @TSB I’m already a customer and all of the information TSB seems to provide is false, confusing or just plain frustrating. I can’t see how something this simple requires so much effort.

    @TSB Can you switch off the card check system this time I went to buy breakfast last Saturday when online was down and was asked to go onto my online banking to confirm (which I couldn't do)

    @TSB Just a basic standard account so I can transfer my mums funds. Why offer an ‘apply in the app’ function because it’s ‘faster’ when all it does is take me to the website?!?

    @TSB Oh thank god eh one weekend without you taking down the whole app for maintenance! Can I just ask why other banking apps don’t go down for hours or days at a time for essential maintenance?

    @TSB Everything is wrong with this bank and has been for years, when I try and log a problem it crashes and does nothing. The search transaction has not been working for months. Shocking bank would never recommend 😡
