    @TSB @HarmerMyles Needs to be now you have taken £300 from my account which I didn’t have to take and direct debits due tomorrow not good enough @TSB I hope refund for overdraft fees will be given and also compensation. Been a customer with you for 31 years through all changes not impressed AT ALL

    @TSB Again with the poor service to customers. It’s one thing after another with TSB. I’ve had 3 payments come of twice, this isn’t good enough! We are meant to trust our bank. A sorry and here is your money back won’t cut it. You have left families struggling in already hard times!

    @RSmithy82 @TSB They won’t respond anything different on phone or will temp close inbox - best thing to do is issue a formal complaint, request compensation and escalate to independent authorities if not satisfied! Seen other people say refunds will be made before end of the day - we’ll see!

    @ShairaHaque1 @TSB To be fair, they did add in on their website, there's an automated message after selecting personal account via the phone, and there's a notification on the app as well.

    @TSB Can you tell your agents dealing with ‘smart chat’ who are denying there is a bank error I have wasted over an hour only to be told a ‘duplicate ‘debit is only a duplicate if it is taken the same day it is a merchant error nothing to do with the bank appalling service

    @Merylandyarn @TSB I haven't spoken to them yet, when you ring there's a generic message saying they are aware of this issue, so I'm hoping they'll sort it automatically. Hope you're okay, such an unnecessary stress x

    @TSB when are those duplicate payments you’ve taken today going to be refunded?? Left out of pocket in already difficult times! How do we formally complain when your phone lines are down?
