@TSB No as I am going to change banks. This is incompetent and not acceptable. I am mainly housebound and to find that when I get to the Post Office and not be able to use the service because of lack of organisation, not good! No DM as everyone needs to see the incompetency of TSB

@TSB I'm sure you do realise how frustrating it is when your online banking system fails to function. It's a Bank holiday so no one to fix it either. Been trying to pay 3 bills for 2 hours now. If you are doing maint post a note & take site offline, then we'd know not to bother.

@NewPOGuy That’s rubbish. You get blank paying in slips at banks, why can’t they be used? Sounds like you can’t be arsed to do a decent service and @TSB doesn’t care whether you do or not.

Despite several failed attempts by your chosen Co. Innovation Group. Multiple emails/calls they have let your clients down again. AA to be sorted for Monday to allow bathroom removal. However NO AA organised. @TSB @AvivaUK this is not TCF this is a shambles

“We cannot take responsibility for contactless charges being used on your card, if you’re telling me you didn’t give your card to someone else” the crack fraud team at @TSB telling me it’s impossible for someone to steal money from my account. Give me strength!!!
