    @TSB I've already done, told to appeal, and the appeal got rejected. I went into a branch and they could not help me. They said there is nothing I could do, there was no manager to talk to at the Byres Road Glasgow branch I went into yesterday, I was told to check my credit report!

    TSB closed far too many branches its incredibly difficult to get an appointment, I have to drive miles to visit a branch, then get treated well below by someone in the call centre. Branch staff took 70 mins to get through their own call system & sort the problem. Bye bye @tsb

    @TSB Not helped by who was opening the door blaming the customer "from what I seen". Stated you may have seen but didn't hear. Not a good look blaming an elderly customer. - by all accounts the safe wouldn't close hmmmmm.

    @TSB Customer since 2008 now without a valid reason tsb has decided to close my account. Despite repeated follow ups through phone calls & branch visits, I’m not getting anywhere. I’ve raised a complaint too and theres still no response. Is this how loyal customers are treated?

    @TSB I am trying to make a purchase online, when going to process the payment, the website asks me to go in to my mobile banking app and to the payments tab to authorise the payment, however when I do so nothing on the app pops up or anything to approve

    @TipTopKlopp @TSB TSB said - The app may have needed an update (resolved by reinstalling the app), your device may have been running another app in the background (restarting the device may resolve), the TSB App may have had an issue with something in your App Cache that resolved itself, etc.
