I was beginning to think it was only my me having a problem (Tesco online), but I've had a few people get in touch with the same problem. The biggest problem is TSB'S LACK of communication to let me know what's happening.

Ian P (@IanRP) reportedUnbelievably poor service from @TSB. Asked to change a bank mandate in October 2021 and despite 10 visits to branch and numerous phone calls it still hasn’t happened. I should have realised they were incompetent when they managed to lose the first form.
