    @TSB you need to update your bank . Its 2026 and the app is not up to date as it should be ive got a few ideas Consistent design: Ensure the app and website feel the same across devices.

    @TSB Just had the worse customer service tonight. Called TSB re and unauthorised charge for PlayStation. I got a call taker who clearly does not have a personality or ability to speak English. She was so unwilling to help or go the extra step. No good.

    @TSB getting really annoyed banking with you now, I've been with you years and there's always problems. I can't access my funds again. You need to sort this out your the most unreliable bank I have ever been with. It's literally *************** now

    Just spent an hour trying to cancel a direct debit with @TSB because the help & images were absolutely nothing like where to actually find it on the app. Round and round in circles. Utterly useless. & ‘TSB’ bots wanting direct messages to ‘help’ ie scam can get lost!

    @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP
