You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. Paul Bennett (@RedBenno) reported@TSB if you don't sort your sodding app out I'm moving to Revolut. The only reason I bank with you is I set this up when I was 15, and I've too lazy to change it. But if your app is gonna be slow, buggy and useless. There's no reason to stay.
