    @TSB Thank you and I completely appreciate its not your fault Beth but this is a regular occurrence. It has never been resolved properly since the big melt down. It’s weekly, sometimes several times a week I can’t access my account. Any plans to actually fix this?

    @TSB IT failure is a banking error, customers can claim for compensation, especially if the error has had a financial impact, for example, being charged for a payment that was missed as a result of the IT failure.

    @TSB Note: petrol stations are NOT kind and understanding if you "don't have means to pay", even though you drove in there with what you thought was a perfectly working debit card.
