@TSB how bad is your customer service? Shuts branches in Renfrewshire arranges and confirms appointment in Paisley multiple customers standing outside. No staff turn up. No help desk open. Why arrange confirm appointment and not turn up? Shocking. Get a grip. #tsbiscrap

@TSB It has nothing to do with sky broadband! I am a Sky customer, all broadband is working fine, I have tried to log on away from the house using 4g.. Still not working, please do not pass the blame, that is just BS!

@TSB That's impossible. Because I was using my sky broadband to write my tweet. Everything else was working all my other apps was working the only one that wasn't was tsb I even tried using my phone data and my husband's phone data. So pleased riddle me that.
