@TSB find it astonishing that you would not help an 91 year old as she had no ID! She only wanted to amalgamate 2 accounts. Only been a customer since she was 17!!

@TSB Received my new TSB card today. The writing is so small I can't read the expiry date. Such a customer unfocussed decision - not everyone has 20/20 vision.

I've had a @TSB online banking account for about two years and the security is so good they won't even allow me to log in to it. And surprise surprise the balance is still ZERO It's a good job I didn't pay in as I wouldn't be able to get my money out!!!

Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

@TSB I’ve now unenrolled and re enrolled the device and it still just tells me something went wrong. Last year you closed my nearest branch, which serves a town with a population of >110,000, so the only way I access my account is online and the app is, quite frankly, rubbish.

@lauren_k_moore Hi there Lauren, how long was your grandad and family waiting for a resolution from @tsb before moneybox got involved? I had a similar thing happen with a customer re: power bill recently. Media is there for good.

@TSB We've been through this a few times before, you send me new log in details I try them and each time it won't let me sign in. I opened the account for the great rates and offers over 3 yrs ago, at the time as these have finished it would be better to close the account. I'llDM you
