…and neither party accepting any responsibility. Fortunately I’ve funds available but what if I hadn’t??? Out of pocket of £100 for over a week at a time when the cost of living is rocketing!!! Who can help remove the pre-auth?!?? @AsdaServiceTeam @TSB

@TSB Looks like your new online banking application is broken - it does not work as expected on Chrome. Very likely because Ad-blocking plugins (such as Ad-block / U-block origin) do not like what the site is doing. Please fix so that it works on Chrome with ad-blockers enabled.

More incompetence from .@TSB business banking, there appears no limit to how useless this bank is! Today the want me to update my business banking app before I can use it. Having click all the right buttons the only message I get is, "the app will update soon" so no access.
