    @TSB I have been trying to get through to your customer service since 16.44. On hold after laborious automated registering ! Not customer service !! Customer being ignored

    @TSB been on the phone for an hour and half to be told to go on to google and type up a dispute form as its not a fraud matter. Your customer service is absolutely DISGUSTING!!

    @TSB hi there I need to set up third party access for me for my Dad. Found the online form but Dad doesn’t have photo ID (pp expired and DL rescinded sue to his medical condition) how can we proceed? He is not able to travel to branch.

    @TSB Rang no on back of Credit Card as seems to be a problem with it. 30 mins later call answered very apologetic man telling me he needed to transfer me to Credit Card Services as the number I rang doesn’t deal with Credit Card Services. 45 mins later still holding.
