@TSB card been declined and online purchase declined as well. Telling us you are aware of the problem is not good enough. What has happened? If I call and wait however many hours on the phone are you able to tell me anything? Check my balance at least to ensure money is there?

@TSB Can't access online banking to transfer money, cards are being declined, can't go to a branch as you've closed them all. Are TSB having a cash flow problem and blocking customers access to their cash? If so, I would like to lend you a fiver but I can't access my money!!

@TSB So, partial success, I can now access my accounts, so know that there’s funds there, but online payment using debit card constantly declined. Also at ATM. I’m sorry, you’re sorry, but I still can’t buy stuff or get my money. Not good enough. Starling here I come.

@Save_The_Dodos @Poultry97 @TSB Yeah, cards are also affected. Bank doesn't confirmed that but a lot of people's cards are affected. Seems to have an issues with accounts and balances (I think bank turned it off so we can't use balance is different everytime someone else money I guess)
