It’s just after 9.50pm, I’ve gone to transfer my son money to get a train ticket and can’t. This is terrible, especially with being a new cust. The service should be available. What am I to do?

E. J. Gill (@suzycoos) reportedJust spent an hour trying to cancel a direct debit with @TSB because the help & images were absolutely nothing like where to actually find it on the app. Round and round in circles. Utterly useless. & ‘TSB’ bots wanting direct messages to ‘help’ ie scam can get lost!
