Gotta love @TSB for blocking my card for no reason and then not informing me. Then spending hours on the phone for the General helpline to say there's a block on the card, only for fraud to then say there isn't. Already made a complaint, had enough. Moving to @santanderuk

@TSB your web site says 8 can stop my debit card via the mobile app but there is no option to do that and you are not accepting phone calls. If any money goes missing I will hold you responsible.

@TSB Hey, I just set up online banking with yourselves, however my savings account doesn't show up on my online account. Are such accounts not accessible online or is there likely some issue preventing it from appearing?

@TSB why is there no provision in your branches for disabled customers to be seated whilst in a queue? It makes going into a branch almost impossible (given the normally very long queues).
