@TSB 2. Yr online banking app is god awful. Cld u do anything more to make it so utterly user UNfriendly?After 2 hours of trying my rent remains unpaid. With RBS it was done in 2 mins. The design is a mess, & is there a need for THAT many security questions? Its like Mastermind.

@TSB are there issues with the app, kept saying ti could authenticate my device so I deleted and redownloaded, get as far as requesting the code by teslxt to reset up and it nevers comes through and I get the same device message again
