@tsb can’t access online banking again and not hanging on the phone for so long I end up getting another £40 phone bill so what are you doing about it

@mdawglol @TSB They don’t help you they are only there for show. Better join the length queue on the phone if you want some help and then expect a big phone bill

Anyone having issues with @TSB ? Sent money, not showing in transactions but has left my account as balance is £0 but not in receivers bank. Can't even use chat as it's down. So tired of how much this bank is unavailable. Time for a switch

@TSB @Prosserd68 It's really not business as usual as my card has been blocked again meaning I cannot use my card while abroad Unsure what's the point of using TSB with such a poor service and even poorer customer service I contacted through chat to unblock my card over 30 hours ago, no reply

@santanderuk @TSB How about sorting out your bug-ridden, slow, clunky, almost always crashing (usually in the middle of setting up a payment), impossible to log-out of (although it randomly and inconvenient logs you out), ap?!
