TSB You should be ashamed of your customer care! Bounced from pillar to post and being put on hold back at the start of the queue when you change the department. You made the error, I shouldn’t have to live on hold trying to get you to fix it!! @TSB #shambles

@TSB Im afraid its not. Still stuck in the never ending update your app but nothing to update to cycle. Its bad enough that on a regular day your app only works if you shut every other application down but not being able to access at all beggars belief

@TSB usual useless systems - a chatbot in your app that refers you to an email address. No one to call after hours when u keep declining my card online even though it’s fine . I told u this 3 days ago and phoned up . Service just gets worse . Time for a change #tsb
