    @TSB I have to say I have never had such an awful experience with a bank like I have with you. I’ve been trying to pay my CC bill…the website isn’t working & neither is the app. I’ve called & I can’t even pay over the phone. You’re happy to charge late fees though! 🤬 HELP ME!

    @TSB Ongoing issues with online banking, called helpline and after 45 minutes hopefully resolved. Reason given “must be a glitch”! Solution - profile deleted and recreated, in other words switch it off and switch it on again!

    @TSB why is your internet banking so bad? You keep closing branches, reduce opening times of the branches you retain yet you are not backing this up by improving your IT? Every day this week I have attempted to use online banking to not even be able to look at my accounts! Awful.

    Anyone else having issues with @GooglePay or @TSB tonight? Worked fine at pub 1 but refused at pub 2. May just be a venue-specific issue but then my contactless wouldn't authorise yesterday for a while either.

    @TSB absolutely appalling service from this so-called Bank. On hold for 2 hours, passed around various departments, then last advisor actually put the phone down on us. You are an absolute disgrace. Employ enough staff to deal with things properly!!!
