@TSB I'd like to say what poor service your Saltley branch in B8 provide. There is no care for customer service at all. The customer advisors are useless. This is not the first time I've experienced such poor customer service from them.

Buying something from a UK Apple store? Don’t use a @TSB card because @TSB won’t be able to pay. Transaction declined and TSB call centre says they can’t do anything to help, just use another card from another bank!

@TSB Online banking not working on Firefox. After logging in there's a screen 'Keep up your savings habit.' Clicking continue logs out instead of carrying on to banking. Works OK in Chrome.

@TSB @TheSun Don't bank with TSB folks, I was a victim of fraud a week ago and still haven't got my money back. Several calls to the bank and shocking customer service who just like transferring you to several departments!
