@TSB I’ve been a customer with your for 20 years. But you don’t feel the same anymore. You weren’t there when I needed your support the most and I just went into one of your branches and the friendliness and closeness has gone. Might consider changing banks soon

Despite the call handlers being very pleasant, terrible service from @TSB this afternoon - 3 hours trying to make a payment despite giving notice on Tuesday!

@TSB Unfortunately we couldn’t make the full payment so had to ask family to do some of it - despite the block being taken off several times your team, they couldn’t get to the bottom of it. 3 hours later and a huge inconvenience!
