All in my network should be aware of this situation as @TSB are clearly not set up for or trained appropriately to support business banking.

Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.

Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

This is because the pitiful @Docusign system rejected my ID because my name is spelt in capital letters. I tried calling but sat in a queue for 20 minutes. How am I supposed to contact you?
