@TSB Hi, is there a problem with online banking? I have been told on the menu I need new login info and when I create completely new passwords it's saying it can't be the same as the old one. I can't access my account now.

After being a victim of fraud, ruining my Christmas and New Year, and being forced to wait for almost 2 weeks for a replacement card from @TSB , I'm basically told "We did nothing wrong, we don't care." Go **** yourselves.

@TSB Hi, there has been an attempt to open an account in my name which is not me. It is showing on my credit file and I want to report it as fraud. If the account has been successful I want it stopped immediately. Please help
