    @TSB Done, buffering to load then says Oops. That didnt work. We cant access your account right now. Wait a moment and try again. It does this with both WiFi and with mobile data. I'm not the oly one, please can you check your end for reported problems with the app?

    @Ginger_Tucci @TSB They closed our local branch and brought a weekly bus in. I used to watch people queueing in the rain to access their own money. TSB actively hate their customers

    @TSB I’ve been trying to claim the final part of my switch from last August from yourselves, but still no further than I was a month ago. Please help! I also complained about this & havent heard back.

    It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB
