@TSB Haven't been able to log in on app/browser since 9am on the 22nd Aug. Apparently it doesn't recognise my account.. Any idea when you will fix this issue? This is happening way too often! 🙄

@TSB I moved my business account to you 18 months ago and it was the worst thing I ever did. Have never encountered as many problems with a bank as with yours. You ought to fined millions by the regulators for your appalling service and constant IT issues.

@TSB Sorry doesn't really cut it anymore though does it when you have left myself and other customers high and dry. Still with no update on when this will actually be resolved or what you are doing to fix this. Absolute shambles of a bank and looking to move my custom now.

@TSB for those still having problems, I seem to have figured a work around on my mobile app. Instead of using fingerprint, use the standard login. So far this has worked everytime when fingerprint has failed.

@TSB It’s actually making it more annoying copying and pasting the exact same response to everyone on this thread. We know you’re sorry, we know you’re working on it but to have a banking system down all day is ridiculous- where is your disaster recovery plan for these instances?!
