    @TSB ive had a payment pending for 12 days, but the payment never actually processed and was cancelled... so now £30 that hasnt been spent is still allocated to a payment that was never made... help please?

    @TSB looks like I'm cancelling a new card because yet again when I use it using chip and pin transaction puts a fraud block on my card for the 5th time in one day.

    @TSB Yeah, I've tried that. And typing it is how I get to the homepage...it's literally just the banking link that seems to have to issue

    @TSB I am now at 50 minutes waiting and no option for managing cards on app or internet. Absolutely shocking service - TSB seems to lack the quality of services other banks offer (paying cheques in online for example) I can find no reason to continue my business banking with you.

    @TSB yet again you cause problems. Over night I have now lost access to the banking app. It now requires me to set it up again. I can’t remember all my info hence why I used the app!! I don’t need this what I do need to access to my account!!

    @TSB Would you believe it has now started working again? I suspect there was an issue with the website, perhaps being updated? But seems to be fine again now.
