@TSB Sophie why are you still asking the same question that's has been asked for days? I couldn't access 4 days ago, had to uninstall the app to install again, won't let me complete authentication process, the same issue 4 days ago, I'm off for a week next week, can see me switching

@Jimbobthon @TSB No mate. I hae not been able to access the app for 4 days now...they put out the same message to all customers on here trying to buy time...absolute disgrace...a few hours fair enough, but not days on end... #ShambolicTSB

@TSB when people are telling you that your app isn't working why are you asking everyone the same question, why not issue a response being honest and advising us your systems are down. I have even tried your Internet banking and that's a shower of S**te as well. Come on!!

@TSB Absolute NIGHTMARE! This bank was having issues last week, now this week and no one is in the office because its sunday. They should sue their entire IT department for this mess as they made the most unreliable online banking in history.

@TSB Hi Sophie, I have an application in progress but have been trying to call your London Cheapside location for 3 days to no answer. Pretty bad impression for a new customer that no-one in a branch, can be bothered to answer the phone.

@TSB Hi, been trying for about 45mins to talk to someone - I need to change my DD details for my loan. Impossible to get hold of someone, assume I should cancel the DD, guaranteed someone would call me quite sharpish wouldn’t they…. Funny that
