    I am so sick of @TSB I e been trying to book flights for 2 days but each time I have to keep authenticating the payment on the app. Go back on the flight website. When I do that I lose all my details. Fed up of TSB doing this a the time! Help 😤

    Dear @tsb whatever issues you and @Apple have with each other, sort them out. To be told over the phone that I should use another person's card from a different bank is fine, Apple still get the sale. I could also just switch my account away from you and solve the problem.

    @TSB useless -what is it with tsb-another approved payment x 2 rejected when back to payers site - this happened before . Nearly lost out on time restricted tickets because of their incompetence and you can’t get an answer on the phone - thank you mbna for bailing me out again

    @TSB All very well your standard response but as no one answers your phones and time critical for payment what is the point- thought payment approval was meant to make things easier - been a customer for 40 years and yr bank is giving terrible service nowadays

    @TSB can’t get through to “customer service” to find out why I’ve received a statement for a credit card I cancelled 2 months ago. I even have a letter from you confirming the closure of the account. Not great security!

    @TSB Sauchiehall St Branch Glasgow are a nightmare ..the manager Robert Ryan never answer the phone and Danielle declined customer ID ! Terrible way to treat charity !

    @TSB Tried the “customer service” line 3 times today. To be fair, I’ve just noticed a line of text which says “account closed” next to available to spend. This does imply the account is not active but doesn’t explain why you felt the need to send me a statement?????

    @TSB Can't login via Android app to approve payment. OTP fails and keep getting 'We weren't able to do that', re-installed app as well. Had this issue for weeks, I can login via browser, but no way to approve a payment via browser! What do I do?
