    @TSB I used my card in a restaurant during the week and it was declined due to potential fraud. When I try to resolve this through your automated service, it times out because you have high call volumes. My weekly grocery shop has now been declined too. How can this be fixed?

    @TSB 'know your business' - double checked, filled in the first one and was told 'all done' but now had another email asking for more info. Now I can't find the page on your website. Please confirm that this is real? If so, what is going on?

    Hi @Dekopay and @TSB, I had to cancel an order for something because of a data formatting mismatch between your two systems. I lost out on the thing I was trying to buy, and a retailer lost a sale and a customer. Not very good.
