    @TSB Like I said previously I spoke to an Indian lady whom kept telling me repeatedly like a robot that the UKVI site i visited is not a safe website. Either she or your system dont know that payment APIs use a different url. Both are dumb.

    Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority Iโ€™ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, Iโ€™ve googled it and it says Iโ€™m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?     @TSB Yes I'm now able to login but frankly Im done with this ****, every week this bug reappears and now I'm just going to nationwide, **** your bank and your shite services, it makes sense that the worst bank to man is now buying out your bank.

    @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

    @TSB visited Edinburgh branch - machines say you can pay in cash - you canโ€™t - hence end up in long queue for service
