@alwe_st @TSB Hello! Our engineering team are currently in direct contact with the engineers at TSB to resolve this problem. As the problem lies with the TSB API, we have been advised that their team is working hard to identify and resolve the root cause.

@NickNak1980s @TSB Lloyds had that feature years ago and it worked really well. I find TSB so hopeless to deal with I only keep the account as a backup as it’s not for for purpose as a primary account - this morning for example, internet banking via the app is broken. Feeble, TSB!

@TSB have THE WORSE complaints procedure, their staff, namely Jeremy Nichols*n instead of trying to resolve the issue he attempted to provoke me into an argument with false information and proceeded to tell me it's the banks stance. To provoke it's customers?? #DeadBank

@fcampbellhowes @RevolutApp I'm about to close my @TSB account as this week I tried to transfer some money in branch. I had all the ID their website said I would need, more in fact. But I didn't have the debit card (it's an account I only use online). Man behind the counter just said no.
