  @TSB Same thing happened a while back and it took ages to fix. I'm in the middle of Ukraine, can't access my bank or withdraw money. ******* useless you lot are. I'm switching.

  @TSB I moved my business account to you 18 months ago and it was the worst thing I ever did. Have never encountered as many problems with a bank as with yours. You ought to fined millions by the regulators for your appalling service and constant IT issues.

  @TSB No: telephone, mobile or online banking, cash machine won't take the card and chip and pin device declines the payment. What is going on? What is the issue, were you hacked? Are our accounts safe?

  @TSB for those still having problems, I seem to have figured a work around on my mobile app. Instead of using fingerprint, use the standard login. So far this has worked everytime when fingerprint has failed.
