    @TSB I need to register a power of attorney but the phone & online keeps asking for account details. We don’t have account details & we don’t have TSB accounts ourselves. We just need to register the LPA with you. Help!!

    Had enough @TSB, yer app is dugmeat. Constantly saying we weren't able to do that when trying to login. Time to switch i think.

    @TSB Hi Lesley, I've tried both. I can get into the site and into my account but when I click change details, it brings up that message. I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers
