@tsb are there any issues at the moment? I haven't been paid a standing order I recieve on the first of the month from a tsb account to another. Now I'm short on ££. What could this be? The SO has not been cancelled and there's money in the account.

@TSB Hey Rich, just a Savings Account - I changed my current account from TSB in 2018 to Monzo after the server migration fiasco, I'm not looking to transfer it currently it's just if I need to in the future, what my options are for getting it out without doing it in cash

@loub87 @TSB Had the exact same issue. 5 x standing orders left my account. Then looks like they have come back into my account at zero value. Tried to ring - automated service is a nightmare to work 😫. Not happy!!

@TSB issue with standing orders not being paid today. They say they're aware and trying to resolve and not to make a manual one. Doesn't help my mortgage payment now being late though

@TSB After 5hours of waiting on the phone being shunted from department to department hoping for a solution to a very simple issue. Having spoken to supervisors, & operatives I am still no further nearer to a resolution! You are supposed to care about your customers. Shame on you
