    @Lord_Rob83 @TSB Functionality does come and go on the website ( can't speak for the app, no smartphone). I think there is a lot of uncontrolled tinkering at @TSB which is scary for a bank. Also still mistakes left from the 2018 disaster so clearly no supervision.

    @TSB hello I've sent money from my tsb account to another bank account and money not in other account yet? Usually arrives in seconds is there an issue?

    @TSB I was promised an answer and response by the 6th June and still haven’t had anything, not holding my breath, but thanks Alex, I know it’s not your fault. The treatment I’ve had from TSB has been hurrendous. Genuinely terrible.

    @TSB Ok, thanks. So what happened when you tested the new process via a third party website, E.g. comparison website, how was the transaction tracked so people still get the discount/money back?
