@TSB Hello, I can't log into the TSB app on my phone or on my laptop. With the phone I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried switching off the phone etc. but it just keeps telling me there is an error. Help please, I've got bills to pay! Thanks.

I see @TSB still hasn’t fixed their ****! Can anyone who is a customer & hasn’t been able to log in for the last FOURTEEN HOURS please make the effort to complain to the ombudsman. If enough of us make a noise they’ll have no choice but to sort **** out or face huge penalties! 😡

@gruf85 @TSB I'm not sure when mine stopped working, I only noticed when I tried to check my bills had gone out okay and it told me my device couldn't be authorised. I have sent TSB a private message with my details, Internet details etc maybe you could try that?

@TSB not been able to access the app all day I've uninstalled it countless times tried on and off wifi turned my mobile data off I've tried every pathetic fix you've suggested and you say to DM you for a solution but just ignore it FIX IT I GOT THINGS TO PAY!

@TSB Hi - It pops up with a message saying "we weren't able to do that, sorry, it looks like there was an unexpected error...." I have deleted the app and reinstalled as the troubleshooting advised but no joy as I just get the same error 😢

@TSB Can you put up an official response re app and mobile banking login not working? Many people seem to have issues, very worrying yet no official info on service being down. Your site says no issues, yet issues all day for a lot of people?
