@a514ley @Chris75780713 @TSB Plus this is constant. I have issues with online banking weekly and sometimes daily. I’m disabled and it’s a mess. First thing money morn my son is taking me to change banks. It’s not dramatic is seriously disruptive.

@TSB I have rung you so many times and you have made me feel like regular issues with online banking are in my imagination and on multiple occasion have been bored or rude. According to these replies lots of people have had the same issue. I am changing banks. This is a joke.

@TSB I have received a text saying that a payment has taken my account into an unarranged overdraft! Because your app is not working at the moment, I am unable to move my money from one account to the other so that I am no longer overdrawn! I better not be charged for this!!
