@theindigosystem @katharvey2112 @TSB ok everyone can complain but not for gods sake about cats. people with disabilities, people with children were left without money and the lady makes a great regret that the kittens do not have food. @TSB Just actually had a chance to sit down & check there is a total of 4 transactions duplicated did try calling this morning and using app to chat with us. Absolutely no joy with that, when will this issue be resolved

@TSB I checked my balance this morning and thought it was lower than it should be, and thought surely the bank won't be wrong. Now can see in the news about duplicate payments being made? I checked and yep. I've paid power bill twice and possibly another one. What's the fix time?
