    1 hour 20 minutes to get @TSB to remove *another* incorrect fraud flag from my account...this time 1 disconnection, spoke to 4 people on awful phone lines and "enjoying" 1 hour of hold tones/music. @TSB - your customer service experience is ghastly.

    @TSB block on card and I get out thru to fraud help centre mombai , really deplorable customer service , now on call for 40 mins . Been a loyal customer for years and now moving.

    @rich1903dandy @TSB Because they’re sheisters. Terrible tech & terrible treatment of customers (FCA) has fined TSB £10.9 million for failures in its treatment of customers in financial difficulty, including vulnerable individuals and those in arrears, between June 2014 and March 2020
