    @TSB Why are card authorisations not working? @TSB love to be enjoying the bank holiday weekend as implied but I've been on the phone for 1hr 30mins and your app authorisation and OTPs are not working!

    @TSB Hi just wondering if there is a problem. I'm trying to authorise a payment on Tesco for a delivery next week. It's asking me for a code however I'm not getting the code through at all. Can you advise?

    @TSB It's clear there is issue - payment verification codes aren't being sent out. Instead of asking everyone to DM why not just give a general statement or advice....?
