    @TSB This is absolute **** house now. I have logged in to make a payment via my account this morning, and it's still not working. Absolute shambles. Not everything is DD or SO, some payments are ad hoc, but @tsb are failing on the simple things

    @TSB Once again the app is ******* about. Absolute **** show. Just trying to make a payment and it keeps saying it can't complete the request. Time to find a new bank. Was much better when it was Lloyds

    @TSB no internet or app access to bank accounts for over SIX HOURS, this is terrible. Copy and paste replies on here, saying nothing. What’s the issue and how long is it likely to take to resolve?

    @TSB I received an automated call from 0345 351 1694 asking me to press any button to continue. Sounded like a scam so I hung up. Is this a genuine number? I had a payment issue yesterday as I could not access the app to approve a payment.
