    @TSB ...another day with no acknowledgement of my complaint, no letter to acknowledge, no email to acknowledge... When is this issue going to be resolved and an apology for your useless service given??

    @TSB why can’t anyone access their bank accounts? No communication just a note when you try to get in the app saying some people have an issue? When will it be fixed?

    @santanderuk @TSB My account has been blocked while I'm abroad for the next two months and your support team is doing nothing to help and it is causing me financial hardship.I am physically in Spain and cannot get to a branch. Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.
