@TSB My resolution this year is to find a bank that treats its customers with a bit of respect and decency. 19 years of tsb and I think a rock would have better customer service.

  • CarolAnneSabrin Carol-Anne Sabrina (@CarolAnneSabrin) reported

@TSB I have just spoken to one of your lovely customer service agents Gemma (she had a Geordie accent) and she was such a superstar did everything to fix what another company has ruined. she was so professional and empathetic, a credit to your company. please let her manager know

@TSB Still waiting to hear from your customer complaints department re the Haddington branch closure and the fact very little work appears to have been done before Christmas to get it reopened. You have abandoned local customers. #verypoorcustomerservice

  • David297819311 David (@David297819311) reported

@tsb Haddington branch STILL closed and very little sign of activity to fix it. meanwhile you expect customers to go to Musselburgh or Cameron Toll. I went to Musselburgh eysterday and waited 25 mins ina queue which is unnaceptable. You have abandoned your Haddington customers

@TSB internet platform gets worse, if you can believe that is actually possible. Insists on sending the same one time password 3 times and rejecting it 3 times when trying to authorise a payment. Online staff ask, "how are you getting to our website?" Seriously?

  • hdgarrood harry 🏳️‍🌈 (@hdgarrood) reported

@TSB do you still use security questions for restoring account access if a password is forgotten? I'd like to reset mine if they're still used but I can't see how

  • OllieRahman17 AutoHause UK (@OllieRahman17) reported

@TSB since when is it okay to refuse customer’s from withdrawing their money? Do you have liquidity issues? Are you going bust AGAIN? Absolute joke of a bank!

  • hollywoodkaz Karen McLaughlin (@hollywoodkaz) reported

So far this year, I've had a power cut, my Internet isn't working, and the @TSB Bank has robbed me...can't wait to see what the rest of the year will bring, I'm super optimistic....

  • tomoswyn tomoswyn (@tomoswyn) reported

Hi @TSB I've tried to register via the TSB app (iPhone), three times yesterday and twice today, it says "Oops, something's gone wrong". Is there a problem with the system at the moment?

  • denby_sarah Sarah Denby 💙 NHS (@denby_sarah) reported

@TSB Just tried again, and now working!
