    @TSB Mobile banking, not just the worst banking app it's the worst app I've ever used for any purpose. System is down so often they don't even bother telling any ****. That'll be a big fat πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹from me, would rather stuff my cash in a pillowcase.

    @gordon_struth @TSB Been a customer for 38 years, since opening my first account as a teen. Suspect I'll be looking elsewhere very soon - these repeated major outages that last for days are totally unacceptable in this day & age. They've learned nothing from previous IT disasters.

    @TSB is there an issue with mobile banking and online banking? Yet again it logged me out completely and won’t let me in again😑. I’m so sick of this. There is ALWAYS some sort of issue

    @threefromleith @TSB Grim. I opened an account with Lloyds in one of their 3 branches in Scotland when I was 18 because a pal said their customer service was awesome (it was). After the merger & de-merger we got dumped with TSB. Think this might be the push we need to switch.

    @TSB what is the deal with log in???. Clearly username aint changed in 10yr yet the app says NO?? Nor the password. 😑😑😑😑

    @loreela14 @TSB They are both down. Have been for a few hours. Don't make the mistake of thinking you can just use your card to buy things, that won't work either. Cards are being declined as if there's no money in anyone's account. They're also closed for the night so they won't reply.
