    @TSB Yes can log into the app on my phone but for various reasons would rather login via my PC today.

    @TSB mobile banking app has gone down. Came on here to see what the issue was but apparently you don't let us know any more?

    Relying on public transport might feel after experiencing what I have today. Some things can’t be done through internet or phone banking and require a human touch, both of which were lacking today at @TSB. Hugely disappointing after the excellent support they gave us last year.

    @TSB No need for a DM, simply got a poor phone signal and the website relies on SMS / telephony rather than allowing TOTP via Google Authenticator or similar which wouldn't need a signal.

    @TSB Lots of social media posts about banks changing T&Cs. Specifically access to money during difficult economic times & limiting my access to my money. Can you clarify what conditions TSB has in place for account@ without sending me War & Peace 2 million word full T&C document
