@TSB You've closed the branch I opened my account in and there's not another one near me, plus it's bank holiday weekend so I'm screwed until Tuesday. Now I've got to go and take time off work so I can track down a TSB and close my account. How will I feed my children this weekend?

@TSB Fed up having issues every time I have to reinstall the app on a new phone. It asks for a certain length password then tells me it is too long!! Gives me a SMS no and then does not accept it. All info correct yet now locked out. Time to change bank

@TSB you’ve set up a credit card in my name, including a directdebit to the current account I left you for, but nobody in the 4 hours of calls today says they can do anything (though they claimed it’s not fraud, it’s simply a rogue letter). Who am I supposed to contact to fix it?
