@TSB I want to make a complaint, this is absolutely ridiculous that I can’t access my own bank account. If I can’t access my own account soon I’ll be taking it to the financial ombudsman!

@TSB @schof_paul Same automated reply to everyone’s questions. Bank are a joke meant to be sorted for 6am then it was 10am and now they have took the time down from there website. Worst bank ever and not even a ounce or remorse from them it’s a joke.

@TSB @John170277 Stop copying and pasting the same response and give people real answers with real time frames. Your service is exceptionally poor at the best of times and the fact you have to regularly take the whole app down to work on it is a joke. Respond properly!
