    Hi @TSB having issues getting into your app, same error message over and over "We're having problems trying to authenticate your login. You will need to set up your device again" and it's not just me, my mum has the same problem, is there an issue with your app atm?

    @TSB 2. Yr online banking app is god awful. Cld u do anything more to make it so utterly user UNfriendly?After 2 hours of trying my rent remains unpaid. With RBS it was done in 2 mins. The design is a mess, & is there a need for THAT many security questions? Its like Mastermind.

    @TSB Your 0345 number. Was on for 50 mins then battery went on phone .been on for 40 mins now..chat bot says sorry I am in training and can't help you with that .. nearest branch 70mile round trip on country lanes in next county Don't have the diesel
