    @TSB hey they. Need help please. Trying to log in online and can’t because I don’t my user ID and I don’t have my bank card to find my account details (it’s been a while since I used the account). Anything I can do other than go in branch to sort this out?

    @santanderuk @TSB Santander customer services is atrocious. The hassle we had opening an account for my 15 year old was wild. Sent 2 types of photo ID, 2 birth certificates, house bills and marriage certificate and apparently ID was wrong, took 3 weeks for them to say they made an error...

    @TSB hey, got a question about the six month reward for having the account open and spending 20+ times. I was due to receive an email this month to choose a reward however I am yet to receive this. Any help?

    @TSB What are the options if you want to move money between now and tomorrow afternoon? The app stopped working long before 10pm for me. If past experience with you is anything to go by, it won't be back online by 1pm tomorrow either.
