    @TSB No, I have 2 choices now... ombudsman or switch bank....I'm fact the best option is to switch away. 40 odd years as a customer and I can no longer trust @tsb

    literally been on the phone for an hour talking to @TSB for the women to rudely cut me off an say it’s the end of the working day now so i’m going to go i’ll call you back tomorrow like wtf? how unprofessional

    @TSB The person I spoke with has no idea of how the payment system on the uk government website works and now she is telling me they will cancel my card. This is the second time you guys are canceling my card in a space of 1 year.

    @TSB Like I said previously I spoke to an Indian lady whom kept telling me repeatedly like a robot that the UKVI site i visited is not a safe website. Either she or your system dont know that payment APIs use a different url. Both are dumb.

    They stopped anything like service in 200something @TSB @LloydsBank wherever and no PC means total collapse of society so truly you forced me to stay bound in a ****** up position from your marridges
