    @TSB So pray tell me, how does one get a 4G text message when you’re on a oil rig in the middle of the sea. Answer is impossible to open up my phone app. Equals no access to app and won’t be able to officially pay bills etc… as your service can’t send messages via Wi-Fi to mobiles.

    @TSB still app won’t verify the payment. Uninstalled and installed. Log out login again. Nothing works. TSB systems are bad.

    @TSB Tried 7 times. I would think by now you need to stop asking customers to keep trying and admit there is an issue at your side.
