CDF (@craigfraser9) reported@TSB been trying to make an online pmnt since Sunday. 5 calls to customer services over 90 mins, still no success. Made to go through the 101 of helpdesk fixes including switching off router and clearing browser cache (for a mobile phone app?) Do you have a fix for this yet?

Every time I make an online payment my account gets blocked, and the only way to fix it is to call and get put on hold for hours. @TSB Complaints told me this is normal!
