It is very disheartening that a bant like @TSB just takes delight in withholding customers funds. I have provided you with POE, ID and you closed down my account and never mentioned in the letter when and where to collect my money for over 5 months.

Just received notification that @TSB Bermondsey branch, Southwark Park Road is to close. This was the last remaining bank down The Blue. @Southwark_News

@BermondseyBeat @TSB @Southwark_News I think the nearest bank branch now will be Barclays on Tower Bridge Road. A real shame for local residents. Access to in person financial services should not be a postcode lottery.
