  • WillCadwallader William Cadwallader (@WillCadwallader) reported

@TSB Your online banking is broken. After I log in, if I click any link I get instantly logged out. And I cant use the app becuase the app hasn't let me log in due to an error for months. This is ridiculous!

@TSB if you send a default notice to a address I've never lived at does that mean you have broken the Consumer credit act 1974 87(1)

@TSB sat in the TSB branch in Liverpool waiting to do a simple signature with my son for his savings account. Another 7 people also waiting with simple queries. Why can’t there just be a normal cashier desk service instead of a strange waiting room scenario? Customer service?

  • clothesjunky Christine Hobson (@clothesjunky) reported

@TSB just been trying to make a payment for 30 minutes. After entering all the details required, nothing happens! ‘Check Recipient’ button fails to work, so now I cannot make this payment. Come on TSB, it’s about time you got this god awful app sorted!!

  • WeWantEY RiceyB (@WeWantEY) reported

@TSB bit of a joke trying to speak to you lot. Trying to move money between my own accounts and I need to speak to the fraud team. 98 mins and no answer. Terrible service

  • TonyDra61431085 Tony Drake (@TonyDra61431085) reported

@TSB is it legal for you to send a default notice to a different address where the customer doesn't have the opportunity to address the notice under the Consumer credit act 1974 (87)1 and have 14 days to respond to it

@TSB 2. Yr online banking app is god awful. Cld u do anything more to make it so utterly user UNfriendly? After 2 hours of trying my rent remains unpaid. With RBS it was done in 2 mins. The design is a mess, & is there a need for THAT many security questions? Its like Mastermind.

  • WeWantEY RiceyB (@WeWantEY) reported

@TSB After 2 hours on hold, the cretin who finally answered, thought he was placing me on hold, didn't and said outloud "bye bye" and disconnected me! Awful service. How do I make a formal complaint?

  • TonyDra61431085 Tony Drake (@TonyDra61431085) reported

@TSB are you going to answer to question to my last tweet,is it legal for you to send a default notice to a wrong address meaning the customer can't respond to it within 14 days because they are not aware of it.
