@KathleenBeedles @TSB Tell me about it! I run a residential freehold account (hardly any money, but huge hassle to log in & do anything via multiple passwords & devices). So stressful!

  • maspatel01 Mas Patel (@maspatel01) reported

Hi @TSB is it normal for your branch staff to ask elderly clients to come back with their children, when trying to unlock an online transfer? This just happened to my father. He took his ID and bank card, so why couldn't you help? Beyond infuriating! 😡.

@TSB Still the same problem, on both mine and my business partners PC

  • bertieeeee Matthew (@bertieeeee) reported

@TSB I've already gone through the closure process so I don't want to try and change it to avoid any issues. However it would have been nice to know that you'd be sending a cheque rather than being able to do a transfer before starting the process rather than right at the end!

@KathleenBeedles @TSB Yep. Our account was set up for all households to have joint access originally, but login has gone thro so many extra security levels, I’m now the only person who has the authorised devices & passwords & even I get confused! Really worry what would happen if I’m incapacitated.

@TSB @Hussle_Official Hi Tsb any reason why I am looking at a service message yet again I can’t get into my account you choose to do this at midnight when some of us are expecting transfers or money and you shut the whole thing down no message the day before or even a couple of hours no just shut down

@TSB Down again! Can't transfer money to my son who is out celebrating his 18th and has had his cash stolen. Nice! It's never-ending. Deffo leaving now! Bank of Noddy and Big ears would be more reliable!
