    @TSB I spent over an hour on the phone on 6 different occasions, each being advised I need to go into a branch. I’m not wasting a day off work to attend a 10 minute issue. Leaving for a branch that is actually open near me is the only option.

    @TSB I am currently downloading your online closure of account form to print & sent to my father who is elderly & whose printer is broken - you don't seem to have any option to post the form direct to him - how does that fit the FG21/2 Banking code on vulnerable customers?
