@TSB Hi, is there a problem with downloading/viewing statements? I haven't been able to access them via the app or web browser all day.

  • RedLaser4000 RedLaser4000 (@RedLaser4000) reported

@TSB @edale_b Ah, the usual 'we don't believe you and we can't be bothered to investigate'. Working up the energy to see if business banking is accessible today...

  • RedLaser4000 RedLaser4000 (@RedLaser4000) reported

@TSB just tell them to login as a business customer and try to do anything. They'll work it out.

  • seivadge George Davies (@seivadge) reported

@TSB won't or can't close an old charity bank account and can't help me exercise my personal Information right to be forgotten. Then cut me off part way through a phone call after you've fought their automated call handling. GAH! BIG 5 BANKS HOPELESS.

@TSB yo what’s going on with the approve payment on app. Been down for days. You going to pay my late fees? I’ve been trying to make a payment for 2 days now.

  • RedLaser4000 RedLaser4000 (@RedLaser4000) reported

@TSB no, and you don't need a DM. Test your website! Stuff about revenu comes up, clicking 'continue' gets me logged out, clicking 'find out more' leads to a non-secure page. Can't do anything!!! URGENT FIX NEEDED!!

  • AdamConlon15 Adam Conlon independent media (@AdamConlon15) reported from Manchester, England

@TSB I have ,you have some serious problems I think I might be taking my money back to @NatWest_Help if your problems carry on ,not being able to make basic card transactions is just ridiculous

  • RedLaser4000 RedLaser4000 (@RedLaser4000) reported

@TSB ok - managed to get through on the phone. It works with Edge but not Firefox. Got some babble about 'older browser' but I don't see anything on your website limiting the usable browsers. Put the phone down before I said something I would regret.

  • Mr_DaveJackson David Jackson (@Mr_DaveJackson) reported

@TSB Hi. Is it standard practice that cashiers close an hour before the branch? It would be helpful if this info was on the website. Oh, & congrats on employing the rude & patronising staff that berated me for not knowing this, arguing that bank hours hadn’t changed in 200 years

  • GwynethWatson3 Gwyneth Watson (@GwynethWatson3) reported

@TSB it is practically impossible to report a suspected fraudulent use of our address,by telephone because we are not TSB customers. 7 pieces of correspondence returned to you. Presuming someone is applying for a loan using our address? Advice please
