@TSB my online banking has been down for days can’t access or transfer money from my account keep getting technical fault when trying to log in. Problem after problem with your banking time to compensate customers that have been affected by your terrible service

@TSB why do I have problems all the time trying to log on to my bank. If you cannot provide a good service I can take my money elsewhere. It would be a shame after banking with you for over 30 years but your service is shocking

@TSB why is your chat to us never working or not staffed I’m trying to get in touch about why my e savers was closed down but when you’ve closed it the money that was in there has disappeared I’ve gave it a few hours to show but now I’ve lost my money

@tsb So, online banking STILL down, over 24 hours now, and a new low with customer service going from, not being bothered about their customer, and not even offering an apology, to 100% ignoring the customer, through one of the communication methods people are told to use!!!!
