    @TSB hi. I'm trying move money to a friend who is already in my recipient list, so done it before. It says can't do it because you don't recognise their sort code. He has the same sort code as me! - 776301 Why is this not working please?

    @TSB ive had a payment pending for 12 days, but the payment never actually processed and was cancelled... so now £30 that hasnt been spent is still allocated to a payment that was never made... help please?

    @TSB try as I might I cannot contact you guys from abroad to discuss my account. No email or chat option. Sounds like calls are being intercepted which is obvs a security issue. At my whits end. Please advise

    @TSB My phone is locked down for work, so when I try a screenahot it says "can't take screenshot due to security policy". But no. No issues with this before
