@ShairaHaque1 @TSB To be fair, they did add in on their website, there's an automated message after selecting personal account via the phone, and there's a notification on the app as well.

@FionaCochran11 @TSB I actually went through the problem with @AmazonUK accounts dept (who were great btw) and they confirmed the payment left them once via Visa. It's all TSB!

@TSB Can you tell your agents dealing with ‘smart chat’ who are denying there is a bank error I have wasted over an hour only to be told a ‘duplicate ‘debit is only a duplicate if it is taken the same day it is a merchant error nothing to do with the bank appalling service

@TSB any update yet? instead of coming back with “going to refund ASAP” really doesn’t help and it’s now been 4 hours
