@TSB I am having issues with Apple Pay using my TSB card. I currently cannot use it to travel at TFL stations. Can you please look into this as I do not want to get stranded. Thank you.

@TSB Name change required on account(already done but branch lost p/work). Branches closed so how can I get this info to you? Can I email docs to anyone? Impossible to visit a branch!

@TSB and I am exactly where I was 2 hours ago. Sending links that I already found which do not meet my needs is a waste of time. If you read the initial message I sent you would see what you are advising is no help at all.

@TSB Is there a problem with logging on today? I can't input the data for the memorable information?

  • StackTyne Burch (@StackTyne) reported

@tsb once again I'm asked to verify myself using a phone, once again TSB tries to send a text to my landline. I can't change the contact number because the website banking logs me out within a second of logging in. Note, and I will emphasise this I HAVE NO SMART PHONE.

  • tomoswyn tomoswyn (@tomoswyn) reported

Hi @TSB I've tried to register via the TSB app (iPhone), three times yesterday and twice today, it says "Oops, something's gone wrong". Is there a problem with the system at the moment?

  • denby_sarah Sarah Denby 💙 NHS (@denby_sarah) reported

@TSB TWO OF YOUR OPERATIVES HAVE FAILED TO HELP AND HAVE LEFT ME UNABLE TO REPORT FRAUD!!!! I am still waiting on two phones for someone else to pick up. #finacialombudsman

@TSB @SarahDenby13 TSB website and no error messages.

  • _Tazmaniandevil Uncle Tap (@_Tazmaniandevil) reported

@TSB internet platform gets worse, if you can believe that is actually possible. Insists on sending the same one time password 3 times and rejecting it 3 times when trying to authorise a payment. Online staff ask, "how are you getting to our website?" Seriously?
