    @santanderuk @TSB My account has been blocked while I'm abroad for the next two months and your support team is doing nothing to help and it is causing me financial hardship.I am physically in Spain and cannot get to a branch. Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.

    @rich1903dandy @TSB Because they’re sheisters. Terrible tech & terrible treatment of customers (FCA) has fined TSB £10.9 million for failures in its treatment of customers in financial difficulty, including vulnerable individuals and those in arrears, between June 2014 and March 2020

    @TSB What’s the point as it will likely only happen again in the future! You never learn and constantly make the same mistakes and errors so I would rather take my money elsewhere thanks!

    @Ginger_Tucci @TSB They closed our local branch and brought a weekly bus in. I used to watch people queueing in the rain to access their own money. TSB actively hate their customers

    @soxxylady @TSB You should join @StarlingBank. Very good customer service 24/7 and lots of good features with it too. You can live chat, send a message or call. Though it’s an online app bank so no branches

    @TSB After 40+ years of being a customer I have realised you're basically a toy bank these days. The app suddenly stops working. Your app can't read cheques without failing every time for different reasons. Your customer support is foreign. Moving all my funds to a real bank.

    @TSB @DJQueen_E Same here. No idea if my BAC transfer worked. App didn’t work at all initially, now slow and glitchy

    @TSB I need to register a power of attorney but the phone & online keeps asking for account details. We don’t have account details & we don’t have TSB accounts ourselves. We just need to register the LPA with you. Help!!
