  It’s wild that some 2 years after one of my debit cards got replaced has my old card stopped working with a monthly payment. Not a DD. Card payment. Only slightly worrying @TSB

  @TSB yet again the app does not work, saying ive either no Web connection or if it very slowly connects, sorry we werent able to do that appears. Awful been nearly 2 hours now.

  @TSB App and website down, no way to confirm payments have gone out, any ideas when whatever issue it is this time will be fixed ?

  @TSB what is wrong with the app yet again !! Constantly getting messages "oops something went wrong , try again later" This is beyond a joke now with the app, it has gone on for years , don't have another issues with any other banking but #tsb

  Got a message from the old pub we lived at saying I had some post. So I have gone down to collect it. Must be important it’s from @TSB nope just a letter saying they have updated their records to my new address. Why ******* send it to my old address then

  i am seriously struggling with the @TSB issue. you wouldn't let me change banks and forced me to be cut off for staying!!!!!!!!!

  @TSB Hey! I’ve not had a card with yourselves since early/mid 2020… why 6 years later is this card reappearing on my credit reports as a closed account? It seems rather odd… I had loads of problems getting the account actually closed on my report back then.
