  @TSB Now, for the 2nd time this year I find myself unable to log into the app bacause it is 'unable to authenticate' my login. Please explain why this is happening repeatedly and why despite a promised investigation I received no results or an explanation from TSB.

  @TSB hi, as of last week we can no longer login to our business banking via the app, although none of our details etc have changed…do you have a live chat help feature? I can’t phone as the app is ON my phone, and there are no branches nearby…
