    @TSB day 2, now 7 hours and 30 mins and counting of engagement ..waiting on calls, across over 5 team members who cannot resolve a block on my money transfer! This is absolutely crazy and unacceptable. What kind of service does one call this? Can someone resolve this now!

    @TSB Trying to contact fraud line still waiting on hold after 40mins. Tried online using the app and eventually got a message saying no agents available call the Fraud number. Just the worst service ever.... What is going on

    @TSB Even though i'm leaving after 15 years..I'd welcome the opportunity to speak to someone senior with actual policy powers within the org, to go through the many and varied issues I've had..to help you save more customers who will leave. It is so, so bad, honestly.

    @BenBroomfield_ @TSB Barclays have closed both of my local branches, having to travel much further to find a branch which was overcrowded, half the machines weren’t working and understaffed! all i wanted to do was deposit some cash into my account.

    @TSB due to your timing of “maintenance” across all apps, automated services etc. I have been left without access to my money and unable to get to work at this present time. I’m a nurse and due in at 0730am.. also can’t eat til it’s fixed.. can I ask for suggestion on what to do?

    @TSB that’s the end of our relationship been with you forever and now you’ve got us signing into our online accounts to ok payments - and even when we approve them the next day you cancel suspecting fraud??? Wtf?? How many hoops do we jump through? No shopping coming now! Thanks
