    @TSB did anyone ever tell you how rubbish your app is? I’ve had to uninstall, reinstall etc and it’s slow, won’t let me set up Face ID so not helpful.

    @TSB Hi trying to log in via the app and it’s asking me to confirm my full password and user ID is this right as it seems a bit suspicious

    @TSB I've just reinstalled the mobile banking app from Google Play store. The app opens, briefly shows a login page, then closes. I am running Android 10.
