Vonnie Sandlan (@VonnSand) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandI moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

Rachael 🎄☃️ (@maradoddsy7) reported@TSB I need some urgent help, can someone contact me please
-
Robert Feal-Martinez #AllLivesMatter (@Robfm) reportedStrong Customer Authentication coming to a bank account near you. What could possibly go wrong. Simple banks IT is notoriously unreliable. Using biometric identification, password verification etc will make online purchasing long winded and potentially impossible. WHY @TSB

🅢🅗🅐🅖🅖🅨 🕖 (@ShaGGy_Uk) reported@TSB how do I transfer my account to another Bank. Your archaic security system is a joke and embarrassment to yourselves. Locked out again after trying to login on new phone, all other banks offer facial recognition or fingerprint and voice to verify.
-
Ben Weinberger (@TechnicallyBen) reported@TSB I live in a busy area in London - near multiple high streets, a major train station, and a tube station, yet it's a 20 minute drive to the closest branch that is still open (with limited hours). That's appalling customer service.

Christopher 🇩🇪🇲🇹🇨🇭🇸🇲🇫🇷🇲🇩🇮🇸🇷🇺🇮🇹 (@InclusiveCoffee) reported@TSB Thank you so much to Julie (Paul B's team) from TSB telephone banking in Swansea. She was so helpful on what could have been a very challenging call. She solved my problems effortlessly and even told me I'd overpaid my CC by £99. Feel like I've won the lottery. Thnx Julie.

Andy Mutton #NHSLove💙 (@AndyMutton1) reported from Poole, EnglandWell thanks @TSB insurance the one time I need you you tell me that my problem of a month or so isn't covered and comes under gradual deterioration. Not happy will not be renewing next year.

Zaden Zane (@ZadenZane) reported@hippytea1 @TSB Did you get an answer to all this? Any resolution? 3 days sounds crap. Was it all legit? Surely they should be able to tell what's what quicker than that. And surely if they just change your a/c number that is gonna stop 99% of fraudsters unless they somehow have direct access..?

Sarah Dixon (@SarahDixon) reported@TSB Managed to do it on the website, but maybe a bug you need to look inro on the app?
