    @rich1903dandy @TSB Because they’re sheisters. Terrible tech & terrible treatment of customers (FCA) has fined TSB £10.9 million for failures in its treatment of customers in financial difficulty, including vulnerable individuals and those in arrears, between June 2014 and March 2020

    @TSB I need to register a power of attorney but the phone & online keeps asking for account details. We don’t have account details & we don’t have TSB accounts ourselves. We just need to register the LPA with you. Help!!

    @TSB you aren’t meant to be taking your online/mobile banking maintenance till 11pm. It’s just after 9.50pm, I’ve gone to transfer my son money to get a train ticket and can’t. This is terrible, especially with being a new cust. The service should be available. What am I to do?

    @TSB are quite literally the worst! And their customer service is somehow even worse than the bank itself! I'd get more calling the local zoo and asking for the sloths to get me some help 😩

    Wow @TSB I called you today because YOU sent me a letter asking for my help. Your call centre staff were so inept, uninterested and unprofessional that I started to think this might be an Indian call centre scam

    @santanderuk @TSB I've been into a branch today to try and close my business account. Can't do it in branch. Can't do it online. Make a call and stay on the line for ages. Poor service. How can I do it?
