Hi @TSB Payments to approve not working yet again in the app this afternoon and this evening - if you want people to use this then it needs to actually work. Please remove the need for this step until it is fit for purpose. Can’t complete purchases or payments I need to make.

@TSB (Fort William) Please return the £350 you have mistakenly took from my daughters account .. you said you'd fix this over a week ago and still nothing .. in todays climate where every penny counts its pretty much disgusting ..they are a low income daily with a 1 year old ..

@TSB the singularly worse business bank on earth. called to query why a payment for an apple purchase did not go through and was told there is a known ongoing issue where biz debit cards fail to pay apple and there is nothing we can do. WTF!!!

@TSB Yes, we've had access to the accounts for nearly 10 years. We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Do you want details of accounts?

@TSB get your app sorted , I have removed and added again your app because of a “blip” but once again find myself unable to authorise a payment in the ten minutes provided as the button is not working …😡
