Your online form is not fit for purpose. Your telephone support tells you to fill in the form. I need probate to do anything else.

All in my network should be aware of this situation as you are clearly not set up or trained appropriately to support business banking or inclusivity

They emailed me with an appt, which wasn't on the date or time I asked for. Just phoned up and spoke to a human and they told me the issue could only
