@TSB My Son has a business account with TSB and has been trying to set up a payment to Amsterdam via internet banking. But it wont set up as it keeps saying the IBAN is too long! Is there an issue

@TSB Very disappointed with the service from TSB, just spent an 30mins on hold to speak to someone re blocked card, transferred to diff dept so another 30mins on hold. Then told need to transfer me to someone else, then got automated voice telling me dept closed. Hour wasted!

@TSB I get this but why can’t you fathom how to run software that actually works on a constant basis…. No other banks have this issue, it’s amateurish

@TSB my god, what have I done in moving my business account to TSB, such awful service. Another 1hr40m spent on the phone today only to be transferred to a different dept that then tells me they are closed until Monday. Avoid TSB at all costs!

@TSB Hi. Over the last few weeks your online banking has become less useable (regular 'technical issues', things not displayed) and now I need to login to make a transfer but cannot, again due to 'technical issues'. Do you know if/when you'll have a normal service again please?
