@TSB I am trying to do some internet banking but it's not working. I see from other annoyed customers both the app and online banking is down but nothing from yourselves as to when it might be fixed. Any update? Please don't act surprised.

@tsb the most unreliable banking app in the world… how many more times will your system break down… there should be a law making banks compensate customers on failed tech services …
