    @TSB yet again the app does not work, saying ive either no Web connection or if it very slowly connects, sorry we werent able to do that appears. Awful been nearly 2 hours now.

    @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).

    @TSB another ‘first of the month’ and another online banking outage. It’s bills day. Pay day. Money needs to be moved. How can this keep happening? Sort your IT out.
