Kris (@KrisNewman4) reported@TSB got a refund cheque from you. Your app doesn’t scan your own cheques 🙈 Uve closed all branches near me so 30 mins each way minimum for £11.38. Called ur helpline, asked to enter last 3 security digits of my card. I don’t have my wallet as I use Apple Pay. Any help?
