    @TSB just travelled to my only branch opened on a Saturday, shettleston Glasgow, to be told they don’t have a counter service on a Saturday! So u r closing branches left right and centre but can’t have a counter service opened on a Saturday. Absolute shocking customer services!

    @TSB you awful bank. so not only have you failed to order my new card twice now you have kept me locked out of my account for nearly two weeks without any access to cash, and your only solution was to borrow money of other PEOPLE or

    Well the “one time passcode” for visa 3D secure by @TSB works well. First time I get a code. Tap it in where requested fails due to incorrect code despite entering it and double checking it when tried a second time. Had it resent same “error” and ran out of tries.

    @santanderukhelp Great thanks :) I realise it sounds like a stupid question but yesterday I discovered my local @TSB is "open" on a Saturday that doesn't include counter service. Time to move!
