@TSB What's happening with your connection to @Xero ? They are saying the problem is with you. I'm trying to run my business but have no connection to my account. Thoughts?

  • debchallis deborah challis (@debchallis) reported

@TSB im struggling to log onto the app. It keeps saying I’ve put the wrong details in (I haven’t) then getting repeated error messages

  • Samantha_Soe Sam the Spud 🥔 (@Samantha_Soe) reported

Trying to open a joint bank account with my husband who is ALREADY a TSB account holder but…the terms are a bit old school and we couldnt open the account. @TSB just lost a customer, more like TWO but I bet it’s not a big deal ay @TSB ?

  • harkin_alison alison harkin (@harkin_alison) reported

@TSB are you aware that customers trying to link their accounts to Xero are experiencing major problems? Mine hasn’t linked for over a week and is causing major headache and additional workload? Is there a timescale for resolving this?

  • MelJD46 Mel D (@MelJD46) reported

Makes me smile, go into town today the former @TSB poster says " we will still help" can't even get a paying in book off them. @Barclays email "we will help you spot a scam",no branch left to find a person to speak to. Its just #lousy.Banks are supposed to serve us,not we them

  • marcebanks marc ebanks (@marcebanks) reported

@TSB tweeting on partners behalf not on twitter. She went into local branch went through process for new credit card on 27/09 Still hasn't arrived. Appealing service why so bad?

  • AG00126152 Adrian Gonda (@AG00126152) reported

@KadunaBarca @TSB I’ve been waiting over 3 hours for someone to pick up the phone so I can access my money. This is beyond ridiculous!!!

  • SGrahamg5 Stephen Graham - TLP 🔥 (@SGrahamg5) reported

@TSB Unable to call my branch #rdguk because they don't pick-up the phone, unable to use phone service without a/c details - how do I contact you then? #getitsorted @LloydsBank @TSB_News

  • MissKirbs Jane (Kirby) Kelly 💙 (@MissKirbs) reported

@Xero @TSB DM’d you the case number. We’ve tried everything. We’ve wasted a lot of time with seemingly no solution. You both blame each other and TINK (the third party gateway - assuming a gateway you have management over). We are currently paying for a service we cannot use. 🥱🥱🥱

  • g_bfishing George Barron (@g_bfishing) reported from Tal-y-bont, Wales

@TSB The in bank service is deteriating. Customers expect to talk to staff when paying in cheques etc - not be directed to use a machine. After nearly 40 years with the Aberystwyth branch I'm now thinking of crossing the street.
