  Why is trying to get in touch with a bank almost impossible? Phone directs to online banking for answer then cuts out. @TSB make it simple I need to cancel an appointment

  @TSB as a new customer trying to setup my online banking I am appalled by the poor service and lack of care I have received. This has to be the worst service I have received ever, and your Indian based call centres are an absolute joke!

  As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭
