    @tsbcomplaints @TSB I am trying to put on a complaint, to no avail, Internet banking not working since 9am,i usually do bankers transfers, but obviously couldn't due to IB, not working, so have had to ride about town, trying to find an ATM cash machine, made me late for a hospital appointment!!! 🙄

    @TSB I understand these things happen, but this doesn’t help me out when I’ve been trying to pay bills and need to transfer money first!

    @TSB so the banking app has been down since 6pm last night. Can't travel to important appointments as can't use card even though there is money in my bank... I hope you're gonna compensate your customers for this MAJOR setback...

    @TSB Banking app seems to be working, but where are the pension payments that should have gone in last night because of the bank holiday? Fail. No can pay lecky or buy groceries.

    @TSB still down after hours. Managed to get into the app and pay my council tax/rent/credit card bill before it went down on me again. Think it's too many people trying to log in at once. Sort it out lads.

    @TSB not only is my bank account not working, I cannot use my Apple Pay or debit card. Failing to mention that part on your ‘sorry’

    @TSB It isn't just the app that isn't working. People are not able to use cards or withdraw money.
