RedLaser4000 (@RedLaser4000) reported@Lord_Rob83 @TSB Functionality does come and go on the website ( can't speak for the app, no smartphone). I think there is a lot of uncontrolled tinkering at @TSB which is scary for a bank. Also still mistakes left from the 2018 disaster so clearly no supervision.

Greg Moff (@moff_greg) reported@TSB I was promised an answer and response by the 6th June and still haven’t had anything, not holding my breath, but thanks Alex, I know it’s not your fault. The treatment I’ve had from TSB has been hurrendous. Genuinely terrible.
