@TSB What is going on with your telephone lines. 3 times I've had to call and each time I get cut off! Very frustrating and also your agents cannot call customer back. Its terrible customer service

@TSB these issues have not been resolved, there is a message saying you are having technical problems, try again later. So very frustrating, I`ve got to the stage when I am surprised when I can use my on line banking

Seriously @TSB, having money stolen from my account every day. Ringing your fraud line and it’s open 8am til 8pm! Just what I need when I’m away working and I’ve cancelled my cards!!!

@TSB Would using a vpn on my phone to by pass restrictions on a work network cause problems with intetnet banking or the app. Or can you provide a number I can call to discuss this

@TSB nevermind ignore previous tweet i sent.. the transaction was made by me to buy my kids driving licence ..would have thought it would have shown up dvla but it showed up licence support..no wonder i got confused 😕

@TSB continue to be absolutely shocking still not got back to me regarding my closed accounts tried ringing and spent hours getting through spoke for about a min then the call was cut off, their online service is not fit for purpose its impossible trying to speak to them
