    I’m so glad @TSB told me to call their switching line for support. So far they’ve picked up the line twice and I’ve sat and listened to their personal conversations for 20 mins with no acknowledgment of being on the phone and a third time they’ve picked up and hung up on me 😡

    @wrxmanpaul @TSB I can't log in on the app or the website today. So frustrating and happens way too often.

    @TSB I am aware you are having issues with your mobile banking again. Mine works, but my credit card has magically disappeared from my account (both in the app and via browser). Same holds true for my husband. These constant problems with your mobile banking are deeply worrying.

    @TSB hiya. Do you know if iOS16 messes with your app? I can’t access the app since I upgraded. Just tells me to try again in a minute. Other banking apps are working

    @TSB any update re online banking/app and why it is still down? I managed to speak to someone at 8am and they have not been informed of anything !! So you are not advising your staff - not good enough - treat them better
