@_DundeePerfect_ @TSB Don’t get your hopes up. I just joined them too. Same bother with cards and codes for online. Took 3 calls and left with a hefty phone bill trying to get access. Then lost it again. They keep saying user name isn’t correct while emailing me that exact username.

@TSB Nope I ended up having to get a call back last time. So I’ll ask again are you paying for the stupidly high phone bill. Clearly you skipped disability training if you think everyone can just hop down to the branch when you tel them. 🤡
