    Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?     @TSB Are you having problems with fast payments sent money to my isa and it usually transfers instantly but not in after 2 hours

    Seriously @TSB your app is down on a bank holiday payday? Why is this a regular occurrence? Why should people continue to bank with you? Maybe Santander taking you over will sort the crap out 🤔 #tsb

    @TSB Why do you make it almost impossible to inform you of a death? All I want to do is freeze the accounts and provide you with a death certificate. Your online form is not fit for purpose. Your telephone support tells you to fill in the form. I need probate to do anything else.

    @TSB your local banking approaches with the other retail managers on your shared carpark and Police that required Maplin support refused to allow me safe passage to the other bank. When i try log in as i cannot recieve the txt autorisation with a broken phone i cannot log in.

    @TSB @DJQueen_E Same here. No idea if my BAC transfer worked. App didn’t work at all initially, now slow and glitchy
