Losing the plot. @AXA @TSB @LloydsBank all seem to think COVID is a good reason to keep people on hold for hours. At the end of the third call I still don't know who to talk to. Customer service has gone (down) to another level. Have a nice day

@TSB Thanks, called and *hopefully* all sorted. Not sure if customer adviser can be traced, didn't catch her name sadly. Just wanted to put a note through for her supervisor. Really polite, well mannered, issue resolved in 10 mins, really great service and a credit to TSB!

@TSB No they haven't been resolved. I've just tried on my browser on my laptop (I don't have the app) and still get "Sorry, we are currently experiencing technical issues. Please try again later." I closed and re-opened browser. Still can't log in.
