    @TSB you blocked my online banking and mobile app , as I teied to pay my bills , you text saying you were doing checks, after 20 minutes you kept my online access blocked. You gave me a number to unblock my account, I have been ringing the number to get no answer since midnight

    @TSB your local banking approaches with the other retail managers on your shared carpark and Police that required Maplin support refused to allow me safe passage to the other bank. When i try log in as i cannot recieve the txt autorisation with a broken phone i cannot log in.

    @TSB ...another day with no acknowledgement of my complaint, no letter to acknowledge, no email to acknowledge... When is this issue going to be resolved and an apology for your useless service given??

    @TSB I need to change my address but I am unable to access any online systems. This is because the pitiful @Docusign system rejected my ID because my name is spelt in capital letters. I tried calling but sat in a queue for 20 minutes. How am I supposed to contact you?

    @TSB The person I spoke with has no idea of how the payment system on the uk government website works and now she is telling me they will cancel my card. This is the second time you guys are canceling my card in a space of 1 year.
