    @SwailesRuth @TSB What ps me off and not jus this company they blame Covid. FFS working from home does not make it longer to respond just put teh staff on! Still no refund of the 500 taken twice from my account

    @DougChapmanSNP @TSB_News @TSB Hello, Sorry to say this here. I have international transferred money £10,000 on 15th Feb. I am talking to payment help line enormous time.still it is not solved. Today, I called Ms Kim who introduced me. She says she will try the best. But she said NO guarantee!? Unbelievable

    @TSB Be nice to tell ya customers before hand, I've had it, I was like wtf, is this a scam, but after I logged into the app realised it was genuine. I think its brilliant way of keeping customers secure 👍

    @lauren_k_moore @TSB You need to raise an official complaint via complaints procedure on their website. In my experience it does work. You keep escalating as needed until someone with a brain cell gives there money back

    @whisper_thief @TSB Im glad its not just me. Ive tried 3 different web browsers and 2 different laptops still getting incorrect username or password errors. Really losing all confidence in @TSB as its one thing after another, its ok for a few months then it starts again
