@TSB Thank you for the response but TSB are well aware they have a system error affecting numerous accounts so please at least acknowledge this in your replies. I will DM but your customers deserve to have visible updates on this issue on a regular basis.

@TSB @goddesshanna95 Not sure why sending DMs will achieve anything TSB. If it’s a system wide issue, wouldn’t it be best to send out a notification tweet to everyone letting them know?
