    @TSB Hello I’m on hold with your colleague Ahmed on the customer care line. I have asked him about a charge that was levied against my mortgage on the 20/06/22. I’ve been on hold now for around 15 minutes. I’m wondering if he’s just stuck me on hold so I will terminate the call.

    @tsb are there any issues at the moment? I haven't been paid a standing order I recieve on the first of the month from a tsb account to another. Now I'm short on ££. What could this be? The SO has not been cancelled and there's money in the account.

    @loub87 @TSB Had the exact same issue. 5 x standing orders left my account. Then looks like they have come back into my account at zero value. Tried to ring - automated service is a nightmare to work 😫. Not happy!!

    @TSB There is still a problem with the app! One signatory can raise payments but the other can’t release as there isn’t anything showing!! When will this be fixed as it’s important time for fee’s to be paid for next season.
