    @TSB may I ask why your app is so terrible that it defaults to the 4th of June 2015 as a birthdate when one is trying to log in with a new phone? Absolutely shocking customer experience.

    @JFoxleyBrookesx @TSB Definitely the @tsb app I can log in bit its slow and I cant access my accounts transactions. It says sorry this is unavailable right now please try later

    @TSB Now, for the 2nd time this year I find myself unable to log into the app bacause it is 'unable to authenticate' my login. Please explain why this is happening repeatedly and why despite a promised investigation I received no results or an explanation from TSB.

    Wow @TSB reporting fraud & you want me to contact the merchant?! I don’t know who that is that’s why I’ve reported it as fraudulent transactions !Absolutely atrocious service for someone who has been a customer for 32 years! I will be closing my account immediately

    @TSB what's going?? I raised a complaint last week, eventually got a reference number yet no acknowledgement via email that my complaint has been logged or even properly recorded?? Everyone I've spoken to doesn't seem remotely bothered or really interested - terrible service!

    @TSB I’ve been trying to claim the final part of my switch from last August from yourselves, but still no further than I was a month ago. Please help! I also complained about this & havent heard back.
