@TSB Thank you Tom. As I said either tell customer things are going to delayed or tell customer it’s going to take longer next update. Even if takes less time customers will be happier as you over delivered than undelivered time scale

.@TSB somebody has fraudulently set up a bank account in my name. The only way to tell you is to call you but I’ve tried several times to call and I don’t get put through. Your website does not give an option to chat to somebody. Please help!

@keswickbootco It's a trend we are unable to stop. My local @TSB had 8 service counters & lots of space with charming ladies for help & assistance. It now has 2 service counters & if you need someone to speak to you have to phone a call centre for an appointment two weeks away - Ghastly
