@TSB your gallowtree branch in Leicester is terrible, always closed for staff meetings or lunch, and when you do go in, staff are rude. Just switched to you. Bad decision

@TSB I’m still sat here waiting, having been told quite curtly to sit down and wait. Is there really any point in taking this any further, when the branch is closing down anyway?! The management at this branch have always been rude, and it’s not the first time we’ve all complained. 😡

@TSB No error messages no. It looked like the page wouldn’t load properly and the approval button wouldn’t work. It’s not a service I require and if it’s going to be permanent I shall move my accounts.

@TSB Hello. I’m trying to set up a standing order and getting a message saying the amount is higher than the online transaction limit. It’s a direct replacement of an old standing order for the same amount. Is there a limit or is there a problem?
