    The customer service @TSB is dire! Trying to transfer money and they need to approve it. Several times they’ve not made contact, text yesterday asking me to ring them = 45 mins on hold, same today and I’m now 35 minutes on hold and not answered.

    @TSB Just checked again. Chrome: No OTP request. Edge: OTP request. Odd. Does something in that suggest to you that there is a problem with one or the other?

    Whilst we were in London last week I had £300 stolen from my bank account. @TSB have been awful with this fraud claim. They have told me to go to the Police and find CCTV footage. The bank has not protected me against fraud. I feel let down, upset and worried. Terrible service!

    @TSB Yet someone stole my identity, phoned TSB, took my money, and you say this isn’t fraud as the person who called must have been me! Still no resolution 4 months down the line …

    @TSB @britainsmallbiz I’m a sole trader of small business. Fell foul of no government help during pandemic #excluded. Applied today for overdraft as owed money and have bills to pay, trying to do sensible thing. Denied because I made no profit last year - really??!! How does this help small business?!

    @TSB! How many times do you need to send me a "One-Time Password?? Isn't the clue in the name - One-Time Password? ONE TIME! Every flaming time I try to log in!!

    @TSB I usually use Edge, changed from Chrome a while ago (for no real reason) but have had no problems with either, thanks.
