@FrancesFinnShow @TSB Certainly less than five minutes for good, valued Customer Service. My biggest gripe is people/businesses who phone me and do not leave a message when I'm not able to answer the phone. Why did they phone me in the first place if they didn't want to talk??!!.

@TSB got a text about going into overdraft (checked and im no where near being into it) and now my credit card is not appearing on the app or browser... is this a known error or should i be concerned?

I’m so glad @TSB told me to call their switching line for support. So far they’ve picked up the line twice and I’ve sat and listened to their personal conversations for 20 mins with no acknowledgment of being on the phone and a third time they’ve picked up and hung up on me 😡

@TSB am I going to have to confirm every purchase I make online now. I was trying to buy tickets for the theatre for a present this morning and when I went to confirm the app was down (or at least mine was) meaning I now have to try again and hope they are still there.

@TSB my account is overdrawn to bank error but yet nothing can be done this is shambolic to say the least! If FSU say you can only have 3 payment plan a year it’s a joke tbf

@TSB why is its that after hours of 'oops sorry try again later' I can now at least log in but my credit card has disappeared?! Seriously getting sick to death of this poor service, keep closing branches but dont have the web service to pick up the slack!
