@TSB I'd appreciate your 3D authentication service more if you actually sent me a code. Twenty failed attempts is about my limit.

  • liamhackett1 Liam Hackett (@liamhackett1) reported

Hey @TSB The app has recently broken the ability for screen readers on iOS to see how much each transaction is in the account page without going into each transaction individually. Please can this be looked at?

  • gogs332 Gordon (@gogs332) reported

@TSB Hi Tom, no I dont use the app I'm afraid. I've tried with 2 different cards and same issue. The error specifically says the code entered is wrong when its definitely the same as the text message. Theres not really alot more info I'm willing to supply over a social media platform

@TSB I made a transfer at the early hours of this morning to another account money has vanished out my account and hasn’t hit the account I made it to and hasn’t shown up on my online statement neither and now I lost money. Are you aware of this issue?

  • Maggie_J_W M (@Maggie_J_W) reported

@TSB Sorry, no point as I've spent half an hour in my home branch, back from holiday (with no access to my money), they were so helpful as always but can't reverse the block as it's the fraud dept. > 50 years as customer but TSB more interested in paying new customers to switch ...?

  • fortis_semper Mel (@fortis_semper) reported

@TSB Hi. Is it possible to access my debit card details from the TSB app? I left my card at home... Many thanks.

  • Little_LMB McKenzie Brown (@Little_LMB) reported

Absolutely shocking service from @TSB ! An issue they should of dealt with in March 2019(!!) that led to a complaint, has resurfaced now nearly 3 years later - showing they never actually resolved it in the first place! Effecting the way I do my banking now 1/2

@TSB You can see the flaming payment has gone out. I am disabled and if this keeps happening, I won't be able to use pay at the pump. Who is going to be at fault for the discrimination @TSB or @Tesco ? Didn't have an issue when the holding fee was £1, can afford to let that hold.

  • rawaxox Rachel ∆ (@rawaxox) reported

@TSB Hi, I'm not a customer with you but believe I've been scammed out of money for goods that haven't arrived by someone using a TSB account. Is there somewhere to report this and look into being compensated?
