    @TSB guys. Seriously this app issue / online banking is a constant issue. It’s payday for most. We can’t make payment / make sure payments have left. Why does this happen so often?

    @TSB I’m honestly appalled at this ongoing problem. It has caused me great hassle and therefore I am strongly considering changing banks. You should be ashamed.

    I'm on holiday at the moment. Went to pay for Neal last night and my tsb card was declined. Twice. And again this morning. is anyone else having the same problem? @tsb @carddeclined

    @TSB This hasn't just happened once either last day of month. Obviously it's a issue which you've tried to paper over instead of plastering. I'll definitely be moving banks soon and have been a loyal customer, hopefully a lot more jump ship. Unacceptable!
