    @TSB due to your app being down, I’ve been unable to transfer funds to other accounts. Bills and services are going unpaid and it’s completely out of my control. It has been giving me severe anxiety since last night

    3 constants in life... Death, taxes and the bloody @TSB mobile banking not working. I've never known a company so useless with their Web based platforms.

    @TSB please sort out your online banking . App and browser has issues. I can’t transfer any money into my current account and it needs to be done by 2.30pm

    Of all the apps I have on my phone the @TSB app is by far the worst. It's never working!!! Surely with all of the technological advances available they could produce an app that actually did what it claimed to do
