    I’ve been a victim of a crime and subsequently had my identity stolen to which a substantial amount of money has gone from my account. @TSB fraud and customer service team have been a nightmare. Stay away if you want piece of mind your money is safe when your phone gets stolen.

    @TSB I can’t access my online banking no OTP is coming through either on the website or the app! Never had this issue before, what’s the problem??

    @TSB Unfortunately we couldn’t make the full payment so had to ask family to do some of it - despite the block being taken off several times your team, they couldn’t get to the bottom of it. 3 hours later and a huge inconvenience!
