@Zeheart_Aznable @Thimble99137638 @TSB Remember the 'dodgy purchase' was a lodge ... Im 52 and could always drive distance safely home .... I was in far linconshire .. roads very slow ... and realised as older no way could get home ethically safe. It was a £45 travelodge on the A1. Cards cancelled .. stranded,....

@TSB Fix your GD website! It constantly stalls during login. Checked my connection & tried on 2 different laptops. The problem is yours. You have all the info you need in this tweet.

@TSB Saturday but it shouldn't matter what day it was. If the bank is open they should still be polite and deal with us professionally. The money lifted was for a family funeral and the last thing she needed was more grief. Terrible terrible service

@TSB hi, I was just on the phone to one of your advisors when my phone cut off, I tried to call back but your phone lines are now shut. He was getting my card cancelled and sending a new one and I think he was finished but I just wanted to make sure, can you help at all? Thanks!

  • anitta_xx Anitta (@anitta_xx) reported

@TSB I need to make an appointment in branch to open an account. The branch phone number just hangs up. Your online help chat just redirects to your website. Customer services phone is only for existing customers. Help?

@TSB Lock me out of online banking for no reason now I've been hanging on the phone for about 18 months waiting to speak to someone! Getting really sick of your ****, TSB!

@Zeheart_Aznable @Thimble99137638 @TSB .... as I had issue with phones at the time .. nearly got stuck unable to pay for things ... though only 100 miles from home due to who my mates are might as well have been on Mars as Im the intrepid one that goes get them not vice versa.

@TSB Yes he does but typing is an issue & he would prefer at over 90 to do it by post - again I am not clear how you "Deliver appropriate customer service that responds flexibly to the needs of vulnerable consumers." (FCA Guide) by not posting a form.
