@TSB Hi. Payment was attempted last night and an instant text message was received stating TSB no longer support payments to crypto currency companies. The attempted deposit was to Kracken, one of the largest crypto companies in the world.

@TSB my mother has been trying for over a year to get her deposit back on a holiday that was cancelled due to covid. You have ignored her emails and she can not get through on your 0345 number that is costing her a lot of money every day she has tried calling. Disgusting service!

Dear @TSB your agent just left me hanging. It’s not entirely their fault as I didn’t answered for a question for a few minutes as my little one needed my attention. I still need some assistance with my transfer issue
