  • MaaleeshHabibi Fred Wubbington (@MaaleeshHabibi) reported

@TheFCA : Your bank can only refuse to make a payment if: you do not have enough funds available in the account you have broken the agreed terms and conditions, such as needing to provide two signatures for a joint account payment making the payment would be unlawful @TSB?

  • GarrMunro Garry Munro (@GarrMunro) reported

@TSB at you having issues with your app? Tried to make payment and came up saying unsuccessful payment and had a message about payment request then some numbers not sure what they mean. Trying to get through to someone but currently near 20 mins on hold

  • DevilvTheDeepB1 Trust No Human (@DevilvTheDeepB1) reported

@TSB If TSB genuinely wants to help, they'd stop breaking law. A woman in refuge had equity sale of family home. Not enough to buy outright, so shared ownership. *Every* lender refused her a mortgage cos DSS for the rent share (despite her passing affordability & credit checks)

  • ellie_mole Ellie Mole (@ellie_mole) reported

Officially free from @TSB after 28 years of loyalty. I’d been holding out hope that they’d sort their online banking out but after not being able to access my money for the 18472857th time last month, I jumped from the sinking ship. #TSB #TSBye

  • DevilvTheDeepB1 Trust No Human (@DevilvTheDeepB1) reported

@TSB So if you genuinely want to help victims, bearing in mind economic abuse is common, you'd not illegally deny mortgages to people on benefits (if pass affordability/credit check). And offer rent guarantor scheme for private renters

  • MaaleeshHabibi Fred Wubbington (@MaaleeshHabibi) reported

So @TheFCA website seems very clear that @TSB fraud team cannot do to me what they have done, particularly as they said I had no option to provide any evidence to prove my position. We will now see what the Financial Ombudsman has to say about that.....

@RobertJamesHea1 @TSB So glad I’m not the only one with this issue rn

  • VikingBally VikingChris (@VikingBally) reported

@RobertJamesHea1 @TSB Same here..last week app stops working for me, now i can't even use card. Unreal.

  • Hopkins_Alison Alison Hopkins (@Hopkins_Alison) reported

@karenmmcmanus @TSB I’ve never banked with them as personal customer, this is our organisation account I’m trying to sort. You can’t do it online. (!)

  • gwen_walsh Gwen Walsh (@gwen_walsh) reported

@Micro_Lab_Rat @TSB I had this issue as well but I tried again just now and it worked. Maybe give it another go?
