    @TSB I have tried several times to amend a standing order since 6am and all I get is An error has occurred We're sorry, but we're experiencing some technical issues with the service..... when will it be sorted

    @TSB I have DM it happens on both Android and Apple devices...now you cant even get to log in screen....what is the issue? why is @TSB not inform customers that there is a non-issue and flag this so everyone is informed & more importantly when will it be fixed? Shocking communication!

    @ticketmaster and @tsb yous are ***** wtf is this click payments to approve ****. Doesn’t ******* work now I can’t get tickets to Harry. So pissed off had two tickets in my hand but it wouldn’t let me ******* buy them. *****

    @TSB Hi Sophie, I now have an application in progress. I called in, eventually got someone to help. However, been trying to call your London Cheapside location for 3 days: no answer. Pretty bad impression for a new customer that no-one in a branch, can be bothered to answer the phone.
