@TSB I've already gone through the closure process so I don't want to try and change it to avoid any issues. However it would have been nice to know that you'd be sending a cheque rather than being able to do a transfer before starting the process rather than right at the end!

@TSB yet again the app and website is down.... need to pay bills. I want access to my online account and i want to be able to pay my bills... Shambles of a bank. At least 6 service issues a year. Leaving by close of business today

@TSB where has my money gone transferred money from my TSB to my other bank account and it’s magically disappeared no trace of where to I need to pay bills & my gas is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I’m so stressed!! #TSB

@UberFacts @TSB referring to themselves as a financial institution yet they have several service closures a year that are unplanned. Poor customer service as well
