    @VisaUK Any issues today? Since lunchtime my @tsb debit card has continuously been declined. Money in bank Bank has no holds, says no blocks on. Say they can see declined attempts but no error their end.

    @TSB Advised to call you and I did. No luck. They asked me in which exact branch I opened the account. Who remembers that? I only know the area and after verifying the branch was closed down. No questions about my memorable information. App won’t let me in either! 🤯😡

    @TSB The options are not customer-friendly. They seem designed for TSB's convenience. It shd be as easy to close the account as it is to move £k out of it. There is something you can do - pass my comments onto your managers (I appreciate it's not something you have control over).

    So today, I discovered that @TSB has blocked my debit card.. again... without having the courtesy to inform me .... again. If you need a lesson in how to piss off a customer, take a look at @TSB #badservice What a shower!
