    @shezRommy @TSB Unfortunately that’s all customer services can do with replies. They can’t sort anything themselves, it has to come from higher up. They likely have been told as little as we have. The whole thing is beyond a joke 😀

    @TSB tried logging in since 7am! 13.22pm app still won't login. Need to pay for shopping, card being declined at checkout even tho I have money in account! Can't login to transfer money to another account I can use! #worst #tsb #tsbworstbankever

    @TSB will we get compensation for not being able to access our funds or payments not being made? Massively frustrating and inconvenient- when will this be fixed please? Seriously considering moving after being loyal for 25 years. #poorcommunication
