    @tsb. So annoying when you phone customer services, wait on hold to get through, ask the advisor the same question 3 times and they answer wrongly because they haven't listened properly. They then warn me for getting annoyed at their incompetence.

    @TSB lost a customer of 23 years today, absolutely shockingly crap, got palmed off during the TSB Lloyds split, just closed my local branch, had enough of the utter crapness.

    @TSB Great advice. I eventually got to talk to someone but their words were mostly garbled by a terrible connection or their mic not working.

    @TSB my pensioner mother is still waiting for a phone call from @TSB in Perth when told it would be next day 4 days ago! Your customer service is pathetic!

    The National Lottery reps were not concerned that this could be a data breach. The @TSB were excellent. Did anyone realise that the card details on the Lottery site cannot be deleted unless the account is closed? Will buy in retailers from now on. 2/2

    @prideofscot @TSB @Daily_Record On her way home?... With a Police issue radio still switched on? Or did they phone her personally, and especially, to come back, get all her safety gear on and then go and deal with the knife-wielding attacker? Or am I being cynical?

    @TSB Had two payments due today and they are showing as being made in my account but what’s the reason behind the second payment, to each, of £0.00 to each? I see others have had problems too, mine just part of the same.

    @TSB After 5hours of waiting on the phone being shunted from department to department hoping for a solution to a very simple issue. Having spoken to supervisors, & operatives I am still no further nearer to a resolution! You are supposed to care about your customers. Shame on you

    @TSB .@TSB can only send out cards and new PINs by post. They cannot help you in branch, even if you have ID. They can give you cash, which is nice but also very 2010. Their staff are polite, but the bank's policies mean they can't help.
