    @TSB @Kayzy83 I have had the same tried calling between last 2 days! It’s an absolute disgrace them not answering sending texts and automated voice calls when fraud has flagged up on my account once this is sorted I will be changing banks never known a service like it!

    @TSB How does it make sense that I can’t unblock my account by visiting the actual branch with ID on suspicion of fraud but it’s ok to do it over the phone in which it’s impossible to get through! In what planet does that make any sense?

    @TSB why can’t your staff help over the phone with an under 16 account? You close local branches and then expect a child to be able to drive to the nearest branch 25 minutes away where there’s no public transport worth having? 🤯

    @TSB having problems setting up my device I had them ring up with two separate one time passwords and the app said it was having problems authenticating my device

    @TSB trying to get a statement as an ex customer is a nightmare, moved address and no longer live near a branch, don’t have a signature on file so told you’re unable to provide one! Why make things so difficult for customers!

    @TSB I received one letter of 21st June from Mr Fairbairn from customer relations... replied to him and since then no response whatsoever...

    Hi @TSB When will we be able to use the banking app to bank business cheques. Waited 25 minutes in queue at WB branch today. @LloydsBank have provided this excellent service for several years.
