    @TSB Customer Service advice: Do not take £10.5 off me in charges in 2007/8 when I could not work because my sister was dying (different owners but you kept my money), close my nearest branch x 3 and think you can phone me at home. I have been seriously ill and you can do one.

    @TSB Have to say, my whole experience with your in app chat/customer service has been nothing short of shocking. Told no I couldn't get the recent incentive, to actually yes I could and I had to wait, to wait longer, to finally no I can't have it because actually I had it before!

    @TSB Male victims don't disclose their abuse even though they are MORE likely to be abused. The reason for non-disclosure is the absence of outreach, awareness-raising, belief, support, funding and refuge...and campaigns daubed in pink 🙄 Wonder how many men have applied?

    @TSB Please fix the app for the second time i can't login in due to authentication error. I can login fine on the internet app. This is the 2nd time in 2 days this has happened

    @TSB You still don't get it. I did not pay £10.5k in charges in 2007/8 when I could not work because my sister was dying for you to close my branch 3 times & think you can phone me at home whenever you want while I am dealing with heart problems. Just no.

    @TSB Customer Servies tips continued. Refer complaints to someone who can do something about them quickly, reply to tweets quickly and do not phone people at home before 10 a. m. Any time we want to return the £10.5k you fleeced me for in charges in 2007/8 will be fine by me.

    @TSB if Jeremy Bradley wasn’t dead I’d be convinced that he currently is working underground for you guys. Never experienced a shambolic and incompetent ‘service’ in my life. Forcing people into finance hardship because they are awful #MandateTeam #ComplaintProcedure #AvoidTSB
