@TSB No error messages no. It looked like the page wouldn’t load properly and the approval button wouldn’t work. It’s not a service I require and if it’s going to be permanent I shall move my accounts.

@TSB is the app not working again??!! are you doing scheduled maintenance again????!!!! If so why don’t you say so in the app!!! And if not, did you know your app is broken……AGAIN!!! With an error message “oops that didn’t work try again!! 😡 you know what TSB stands for???

Hi @TSB Payments to approve not working yet again in the app this afternoon and this evening - if you want people to use this then it needs to actually work. Please remove the need for this step until it is fit for purpose. Can’t complete purchases or payments I need to make.

@TSB (Fort William) Please return the £350 you have mistakenly took from my daughters account .. you said you'd fix this over a week ago and still nothing .. in todays climate where every penny counts its pretty much disgusting ..they are a low income daily with a 1 year old ..

@RedLaser4000 @TSB Same issue for me today. Login to business > redirected to Revenu promo splash > click continue > redirected to personal TSB login page and logged out of business. Stuck in loop. Clear cache. Same issue. Very poor. Can't do business like this.
