    @TSB I can't get into the app, it reads that I need to update, I click update, I get the "something went wrong, retry" comment...so, help....

    @RoyWilding @TSB the problem that TSB says is our fault, and didn't believe was there, has cleared for me on firefox today, without any nonsense of clearing cache or cookies. Try Microsoft Edge if desperate, but it is bodged code which is shocking for a bank.

    @TSB the ‘Payments to Approve’ has stopped working and causing a real headache. I’ve tried switching the phone on and off. Is their an issue ?

    @TSB your Hanley branch is a disgrace! Waiting after 9am for when you should open for an employee to stick a sign on the door saying temporary closed @ 9:05am and walk away - no apologies! Terrible customer service, thanks for wasting my time #rubbish #badcustomerservice

    @TSB Neither my husband or my son had to leave the app they were using to go to their banking app sign in then go back to the shopping app. It’s not helpful or practical or for my benefit at all! Both have made payments on my behalf without this inconvenience or intrusion.

    @TSB is there a problem with the app? We are unable to approve payments. The approve payment button is frozen. Yes, we have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and it still doesn’t work?!.

    @TSB is the app not working again??!! are you doing scheduled maintenance again????!!!! If so why don’t you say so in the app!!! And if not, did you know your app is broken……AGAIN!!! With an error message “oops that didn’t work try again!! 😡 you know what TSB stands for???

    @TSB No error messages no. It looked like the page wouldn’t load properly and the approval button wouldn’t work. It’s not a service I require and if it’s going to be permanent I shall move my accounts.
