    @TSB your #tsb #banking #app is DOWN AGAIN! This keeps happening! We need to be able to access our money remotely. When will the issue be fixed? This keeps happening and it's not only frustrating, it's costly.

    @TSB I am not switching to dm so yous can kid on that theres no problems and hide the fact that yous are letting people down time and time again. I honstly feel like a real Karen at this point but when is enough enough ? Sorry for get about it for 3 weeks then happens again !

    @TSB Please can you get your app working. I've wasted lots of time today resetting passwords, uninstalling and reinstalling your app! It is so annoying!

    @gruf85 @TSB I'm not sure when mine stopped working, I only noticed when I tried to check my bills had gone out okay and it told me my device couldn't be authorised. I have sent TSB a private message with my details, Internet details etc maybe you could try that?

    @TSB yet another problem with tsb mobile banking. Can't log on. Says they can't authentic my device. Getting very fed up with this bank and it's constant tech problems. Time for a change.

    @TSB NO! you need to sort the app out, reinstalling is obviously not working, so put a statement out and stop giving the same useless standard reply. 🙄
