@TSB I am also getting the same error as others are mentioning today. Does anyone know if card payments work before I potentially waste time trying to shop.

  • AngelaLeslie20 Angela Leslie (@AngelaLeslie20) reported

@TSB @BenWoodward We had exactly the same, locked out and little help. 2 and a half hours to sort out a transfer to a family member and that was including over an hour of security questions. Was told we'd get a letter to give feedback but over 2 weeks later nothing! Ridiculous

@PrideOfBritain @TSB @DailyMirror This is a fantastic idea, hope she gets support to keep this going.

@wonder_girlx @TSB I'm having the exact same issue. Trying to phone and getting bot not fit for purpose. Any humans around at all

  • BenWoodward Ben Woodward (@BenWoodward) reported

I tried to transfer money from my @TSB account to my revolut and it got flagged as potential fraud. As a result, TSB has locked me out of my account, so i have no access to any of my money. Been on hold for 45 minutes to try and get access to my account. How.. useful? 🤡

  • gruf85 gareth ferrol (@gruf85) reported

Yet again locked out my @TSB mobile app. Cannot authenticate my log in and needs set up again. Been using the same device for about 4yrs and only recently had to set it back up again.

  • wonder_girlx Stacie-Jaynee Darton (@wonder_girlx) reported

@TSB morning guys, I'm having issues with the app, it's not letting me log in, it's saying I have to reset it, so I did so and its saying an 'unexpected error' has come up, can you let me know. Thanks.

  • JUST__LIONEL Just__Lionel (@JUST__LIONEL) reported

@TSB what is wrong with you guys, again. I can't access, I cant transfer and I'm stuck here without the ability to pay for my taxi, **** off with this honestly

  • cowmincer JenHen (@cowmincer) reported

@TSB Sure, I can do that. I don't have any screen shots. To update, @JonnySherlock 's tip of linking on a Chrome incognito page has worked for now, surely the Tsb IT team can follow the breadcrumbs to whatever the problem is?
