    @TSB tried to phone a local branch to make an appointment because I was told I needed an appointment for what I am doing. Phoned repeatedly and the answering service said go use online ‘goodbye’ … I need to speak to someone and I can’t - hopeless service

    @TSB I don’t understand why your Twitter team works until 10pm but your fraud team only until 8pm. I was able to transfer £25000 last week to my solicitor with no issues but can’t transfer £1000 to myself without being locked out? Every other bank account I hold has a 24h fraud line.

    @TSB when I apply for a over draft it says ‘ error occurred’ every time . Any reason why this happens

    @TSB you placed a block on my account on Friday 2nd July, but didn't even have the common courtesy to inform me!! So no payments can come in nor go out!! I spent hours today, on hold, being given the run-around! What excellent customer service!!!!

    @TSB We tried calling over 20 times yesterday. Given the nature of this issue I think this is extremely poor. I appreciate branches have less staff but this is terrible customer service. Due to us being on holiday we are having to send a friend to the branch today to try and resolve.
