    @TSB Hi l have had to cancel my Tsb visa spend&save card due to supious activity today .can l get my account unlocked to use on-line banking to pay utilities eg; or do l have to wait for new card to be delivered before l can access my account.any information much appreciated.

    @TSB Hi can anyone explain the reason why banks are going to stop the pay a contract service to customers,Stopping this service will be a big loss to a lot of customers,is there going to be a alternative way to make a payment to a contact, thankyou

    @TSB please sort your stuff out, I’ve been on the phone with your fraud department for the past 2 hours trying to get a block removed and they aren’t useful. I need this block removed as I have bills to pay this week and I have to get shopping and I cannot use my card at all

    @TSB very bad phone service spent over 1hour trying to get thru to advisor only for them to answer and sound like they are either underwater or driving a convertible. couldnt understand a word. 4 operators, cut off by 1 so had to re dial Had to visit branch to speak to a person

    @TSB so my elderly mum went into a TSB branch to make a cash deposit into my account. Not only was she left standing for over 20 mins the manager then asked what she wanted only to be told they couldn’t help her . I’ll be closing my accounts today also your chat doesn’t work !

    @TSB please help me access my online. You email (no reply) to say I’ve not been on but can’t access through all the help. I phone and on hold. Why is your info about me not telling you I’m stuck and please contact. Branches are closed so can’t seem to get anywhere.

    @TSB I've tried to log into the app this morning and I'm getting a message saying trouble authenticating and I need to set my device up again - this is happening both with fingerprint and memorable information, but I'm getting no option to set up a device? Is the app down?

    @TSB you are literally the worst bank ever! How can you close off your whole internet AND mobile banking for ‘planned maintenance’ and basically not give people access to their money! You didn’t even put any notice on the app
