    @Blunderbus79 @Hullccnews I think you’ll find that like every service that deals with the public,staff shortages due to ‘cuts’ are to blame. The worst thing are the abysmal chat bots which don’t seem to have been programmed by English speaking people.I’d vote the @TSB one to be worst ever.

    @TSB your business and personal online banking sites seem to be down - error message on trying to log-in - - any ideas when this will be fixed?

    @TSB He can use Apple Pay here, so hopefully TSB support this in Germany too? And yes the pin is for the debit card. I wanted to reset the app information so I can see what he spends whilst in Berlin. Hoping he can use Apple Pay as can’t remember PIN code for cars 😬
