    @TSB wanted to say thanks to the staff at Meadowhall branch, nipped in on the fly without appointment. Got politely dealt with after a very short wait (they were busy) and got everything sorted for me with opening/closing transfer several accounts, very good customer service

    @TSB 3rd time of asking,is it legal for you to send a default notice to a wrong address meaning the customer isn't aware it has been issued, meaning you have broken the consumer credit act 1974 87(1)

    @TSB hey. App has forced me to reset my password & memorable information (1st time in over a decade) on the final step no matter what type of new memorable information I try to use I get an error saying it can't be the same as the last five memorable words(I've only ever had one)

    @TSB Yes but normally you would let customers know during working hours that this was the case. There was no such message.

    @TSB How come I've been unable to use debit/credit cards online since Monday. What's the point of having money in bank if you can't use it. Your customer services contact via phone is useless. Your Facebook messenger service doesn't appear to pick up messages.

    @TSB Why was the app AND website down during the night? There was no notification provided beforehand..

    Hi @TSB having issues getting into your app, same error message over and over "We're having problems trying to authenticate your login. You will need to set up your device again" and it's not just me, my mum has the same problem, is there an issue with your app atm?

    @TSB trying to transfer funds from your bank to another. Appears to be a problem each time I try to do this!
