    Once I have paid off the balance on my @TSB credit card, I will be sending it back never to use it again. I have a DD for £100 pm set up but wish to pay off the balance. Been trying the website for several days now "an error has occurred ". Meanwhile interest accrues 😖

    @TSB Have now received call from TSB on Friday 25/09. Unable to resolve issue. Still unable to access my personal or business account online. Causing considerable embarrassment unable to pay bills due. Pay £25 pcm to TSB for account and charges for Business acc?

    @TSB my mother has been trying for over a year to get her deposit back on a holiday that was cancelled due to covid. You have ignored her emails and she can not get through on your 0345 number that is costing her a lot of money every day she has tried calling. Disgusting service!

    @domster @TSB No, there were no ads on there or anything I wanted to block so had them off. I also reported it on Brave's forum. The link to the login page goes straight there now without the browser warning so I think that they have removed it - for now.

    .@TSB you have the worst customer service I have EVER had the misfortune to have to deal with. You are making it impossible for me to give you money and 40 minutes on hold is far, FAR from good enough. I want this sorted tonight & I will NEVER be using you ever again.

    @domster @TSB Since their meltdown a few years ago, TSB have taken it upon themselves to fix things that aren't broken. I've been with them for over 20 years and stuck with them through their problems but this is where I'll be getting off if I can't log in by the end of the week.

    @TSB You have all my information? I was called by TSB yesterday. Rather than responding on Twitter within seconds perhaps focus on resolving customers that pay for your 'service' with their issues.
