    @TSB spoke to an advisor who has put me in a queue to the fraud team over 90 minutes ago and line is still just ringing endlessly. Am I in a dead queue? Can you help me please as my card won’t work in person or online because of this!

    @TSB horrendous service from your end. My transfers have bounced back three times and account overdrawn. Why does your bank not accept payments from overseas customers all of a sudden.Really poor customer service. Never had any issues before this year u have really let me down

    @TSB I've been trying your fraud department on the phone and can't get through. Waited over 1 hour every day this week but still no answer. I would appreciate if you could get someone to answer the phone. Unbelievably crap service.

    @TSB How do I get my account sorted for fraud when I call and it cuts off after 30 mins of waiting!! Frustrating! Can’t help in branch either!

    @TSB just logged in and my credit card has completely disappeared off my home page. Need to pay it off ASAP and now it’s completely gone 😰 please help 😰

    V poor customer service @TSB Paid off credit card balance transfer 3 days before 0% deal ended, but their system pays off 0% deals that still have months to run. Despite phoning, they can't see any problem with this, even though it could cost me £100s in interest @MartinSLewis
