@TSB wording is: "ASAP The money will reach the recipient´s account the next working day' to say 'Most Faster Payments will be received by the beneficiary within 2 hours, but it can sometimes take up to close of business the next working day." Fix pls?

@TSB hey guys and gals there's an issue with the mobile app for personal banking, its not working. All I'm getting is "we can't authenticate your device" I've just installed it on my new mobile and it worked, then when I went off and came back on I got that message

@TSB No need it will sort itself out not the first time just a glitch these things happen, no app runs perfectly 24/7 and anyone who expects this needs to read up and educate themselves on how apps work

@TSB Hello TSB - I can't access my inbox to download my statement this morning. I can log into my account but the top right hand envelope icon is missing. I've had the email to tell me that my statement is ready...but can't get at it.
