@TSB How long does a Visa Debit card payment take to fall off? I stopped in a hotel and was not happy with the stay. The manager said that rather than issue a refund, they just wouldn't complete the transaction (no idea why). Payment has been pending since 27/09. TIA.

@TSB I’ve had a shocking experience regarding fraud on my debit card - it’s impossible to get through on the phone to speak to anyone about it, constantly on hold. And why don’t you have the option for mobile notifications whenever a debit card is used, as offered by most other banks?

@TSB I have been notified of potential fraud on my card. Been emailed & called but I’m having no luck speaking to anyone! I’ve emailed the scam team as instructed but not heard anything since I flagged it yesterday. PLEASE HELP!? #TSB #TSBfraud
