    @TSB The last phone call was 2 hours long. Every time, without exception, that we have rung the TSB customer numbers, there has been a minimum 30min wait on hold before speaking to someone. I have accounts with 6 different banks and have never ever had such awful #customerexperience

    @TSB I understand that - it was the whole point of my first tweet. No other number so it's frustrating the site cant use more secure multifactor options like TOTP or push notification. Passing on my feedback to the relevant team would be appreciated.

    so it is clear @TSB have no common sense and do not care about their customers. When i call you, I expect to speak to a human, not a machine, I dont want to answer 100 security questions asked by a machine. I will answer the human. Go fix your **** or i am gone

    Wow stunning customer service from @TSB Block a payment and end access to my internet banking which is good. Prevents fraud. Then a text to say please call. 20 mins later still on hold but you are very busy so that is fine….

    @TSB you say to call a number, 2 days ive been trying to contact you on hold 40+ minutes a time with no response, bloody awful.
