Ginger Tucci (@Ginger_Tucci) reported@WorldFamousHot1 @TSB I actually really enjoy trying to log in 68 times just to check some bills have been paid - EVERY MONTH. It really makes you feel valued as a customer that they haven’t addressed the issue in 4 years.

Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

Your online form is not fit for purpose. Your telephone support tells you to fill in the form. I need probate to do anything else.
