@TSB Even though i'm leaving after 15 years..I'd welcome the opportunity to speak to someone senior with actual policy powers within the org, to go through the many and varied issues I've had..to help you save more customers who will leave. It is so, so bad, honestly.

@TSB But the instructions say you can set this up through the app but you've said through website so as well as a terrible app it lies
