@TSB I did not pay £10.5 k in charges when I could not work because my sister was dying in 20007-8 to be ignored by you and phoned in my home because you don't want to pay for branches. I have been very ill but hope to start working soon and will change to a bank which has people

@TSB You still don't get it. I did not pay £10.5k in charges in 2007/8 when I could not work because my sister was dying for you to close my branch 3 times & think you can phone me at home whenever you want while I am dealing with heart problems. Just no.

@TSB So customer service means robbing people of £10.5 k in charges when they can't work because their sister is dying, closing their local branch 3 times and getting Customer Support to phone them at home before 10 in the morning does it? Banker's standards.

@TSB hi, why does the TSB app go down for maintenance on Saturdays after midnight when lots of people are out & about transferring money to each other/ from other accounts etc. rather than a weekday night ?

@TSB Customer Servies tips continued. Refer complaints to someone who can do something about them quickly, reply to tweets quickly and do not phone people at home before 10 a. m. Any time we want to return the £10.5k you fleeced me for in charges in 2007/8 will be fine by me.
