@TSB Yes, I did check immediately and that's how I saw the maintenance notification. No such transaction in my pending ones, just a couple from yesterday. Is there anything I can do? I cannot call because I have no network service abroad.

@cryptoheat2 3M but my U.K. bank (@TSB ) no longer allows the purchase of Crypto on Coinbase as they want to look after our safety from scammers. What a crock of ****, like scams only happen in crypto! Time to find another bank I think!

@TSB tried to open joint account 3 weeks ago which apparently would take a couple of days to go through! This is becoming urgent and not a word from you! No one answers the phone & need an account number to speak to anyone still waiting for an account number…. Appalling service

@TSB absolutely shocking customer support. Chat bot is of no use, now been waiting 44 minutes to speak to someone about transactions you have made on my account without any communication or explanation. Seriously unimpressed.

@TSB Hi. I've been trying to switch my mortgage (existing TSB customer), but the system is down. Spoke to a helpful person this morning about it. Can you confirm I'll get the quoted rate (5yr, 1.09%) even if rates were to rise while your switching system is down? Thanks

@TSB been waiting 20 mins (so far) waiting to speak to a customer service operative to get the name on my account changed (this was the bank’s error too by the way) in your Birmingham branch. One person on the desk at lunchtime…bad customer service yet again @TSB
