    @TSB is there a problem with your banking app? Not been able to get into my account all day. Tried uninstall and setting up again. Constant error messages. Not ideal.

    @TSB Looks like your new online banking application is broken - it does not work as expected on Chrome. Very likely because Ad-blocking plugins (such as Ad-block / U-block origin) do not like what the site is doing. Please fix so that it works on Chrome with ad-blockers enabled.

    @PrideOfBritain @TSB @DailyMirror It’s real people real heroes, these people don’t have £millions like some celebrities that sell documents and make money from their own issues, many people have the same issues but not the financial support or opportunities to show the world and that make it more real 🤔😩

    @TSB All my numbers are correct on file. Not getting any OTP on either mobile or landline. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. It doesn't like my login details even though I have had the same ones for years.

    @TSB Beth, they are busy all the time. This isn't the first time I have witnessed it first hand. Poor poor customer service. The waiting times are not in minutes but in hours. This can't be right especially if there is a suspicion of fraud where time is of essence. Anyways not hooeful
