@TSB What's wrong with your email-based process (i.e. not ORIGO) for transferring funds held in one my ISA savings account to another Stocks & Shares ISA provider? Why does it take 45 minutes to speak to your ISA support team (we kept being put through to your retail team).

@TSB Hello. Re 8799996926570746, I made this urgently needed transfer nearly ONE MONTH ago & have spoken to your TSB colleagues 5 times since then trying to find out what has happened to it, so I will not be waiting 15 working days to find out what you’ve done with MY money

@TSB as soon as I get my fund’s released from pending I’m swapping banks not helpful at all my money have a email saying the company won’t take it I’m getting late fees as I can’t pay my bills and TSB are no help

@TSB Is there a reliabilty issue with your curremt version chip and pin cards? I had my old style card for its entire life yet the new cards keep failing! This time I'm cardless abroad. Grrr.

@TSB have contacted you twice now about fraudulent attempt to open account in my name, but received another letter today welcoming me to my spend and save account. Only Bank out of 6 not to have dealt with my issue. Disturbing.

@TSB going round in circles on your website! Can’t log in, tells me I have to reregister, try and reregister and it tells me I have a active account!
