    @TSB terrible experience today at the @TSB watford branch. Tried to get money out of my ISA but on Saturdays you can't! Can TSB tell me how to withdraw cash if the only way you can do this is on Saturday in branch??? RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH and zero options provided by the store

    @TSB TSB ref: 8814006 My mother-in-law with impaired mobility is waiting SINCE JULY for a £900 cheque. She has struggled into your Aberystwyth branch 7x but is told that they cannot help as the Dept dealing can only be contacted by email. Please help, £900 is a lot of money.

    @TSB Issues resolved. Although it took about THREE AND A HALF HOURS. By far the most complicated and worst on line banking app of ALL the banking apps. I doubt I'll be banking with TSB in 2023

    @TSB Hi l have had to cancel my Tsb visa spend&save card due to supious activity today .can l get my account unlocked to use on-line banking to pay utilities eg; or do l have to wait for new card to be delivered before l can access my account.any information much appreciated.

    @TSB spoke to business banking team the first time and was told it was unsuccessful as we didn't click the ltd company box, can't understand why? so nobody is going to help us then?
