@TSB I’ve had a shocking experience regarding fraud on my debit card - it’s impossible to get through on the phone to speak to anyone about it, constantly on hold. And why don’t you have the option for mobile notifications whenever a debit card is used, as offered by most other banks?

@TSB You blocked my acct 7pm last night & your promised followup instructions within 1hr failed to show up. Today, a 55 minute wait to speak to someone: the poorest service I've ever had, in 45 yrs of personal & business banking. How do you explain such abysmal performance?

@TSB I used my card in a restaurant during the week and it was declined due to potential fraud. When I try to resolve this through your automated service, it times out because you have high call volumes. My weekly grocery shop has now been declined too. How can this be fixed?

@TSB jst popped to my local branch to deposit some pound coins. The bank is open and staffed but you can only deposit notes into the machine. No service for people who work in the week!! Not much of a banking service!!
