    @TSB No as I am going to change banks. This is incompetent and not acceptable. I am mainly housebound and to find that when I get to the Post Office and not be able to use the service because of lack of organisation, not good! No DM as everyone needs to see the incompetency of TSB

    @TSB my Debit and Trustcard Visa cards don't work at @Tesco pay at pump machines. TSB says speak to Tesco and Tesco says talk to TSB. Can you both get it sorted, I am sure I am not the only customer with this problem.

    @TSB No it does not address the issue of offering a service and not providing the wherewithal to use the service! What is the point of having the Post Office do your banking if they don’t have the accoutrements? Pathetic! @PostOffice
