    @TSB my card is due to expire this month and I haven't received a new card yet. I can no longer use my current card for online purchases as it says 'This card can't be verified' can you help?

    @TSB Thank you I will attempt this but our post office is often closed due to staffing issues so it won't be a long term solution. Unfortunately there are many banks in Truro that are open better hours or have a cash deposit machine accessible.

    @TSB I am having issues with Apple Pay using my TSB card. I currently cannot use it to travel at TFL stations. Can you please look into this as I do not want to get stranded. Thank you.

    @tsb Haddington branch STILL closed and very little sign of activity to fix it. meanwhile you expect customers to go to Musselburgh or Cameron Toll. I went to Musselburgh eysterday and waited 25 mins ina queue which is unnaceptable. You have abandoned your Haddington customers

    @TSB I have sent you several tweets and had no actual answers to the points raised about the complete lack on service for your Haddington customers. Very little work has taken place before Xmas with the lights off before 3pm, Why did you not have your FM company in 7 days a week ?

    So far this year, I've had a power cut, my Internet isn't working, and the @TSB Bank has robbed me...can't wait to see what the rest of the year will bring, I'm super optimistic....

    @TSB Still waiting to hear from your customer complaints department re the Haddington branch closure and the fact very little work appears to have been done before Christmas to get it reopened. You have abandoned local customers. #verypoorcustomerservice

    Hi @TSB I've tried to register via the TSB app (iPhone), three times yesterday and twice today, it says "Oops, something's gone wrong". Is there a problem with the system at the moment?

    @TSB and I am exactly where I was 2 hours ago. Sending links that I already found which do not meet my needs is a waste of time. If you read the initial message I sent you would see what you are advising is no help at all.
