@TSB still can’t gain access to the app, such a stressful day- had bills to pay and couldn’t go out as I can’t transfer money from savings to main account. When will this be resolved? having to take time out of my own day to keep checking the app and internet banking not working

Apparently @tsb are aware some customers are experiencing issues with their Mobile Banking app and Internet Banking. They’re sorry for any inconvenience and are working to resolve this as soon as possible. The generic response is almost as infuriating as the technical issues.
