    @DaisyDee99 @TSB Yes. Always at the end or the beginning of the month. Other banks gave similar issues and the want financial world to go completely digital?

    @TSB the app appears to be down, again. Can see you've replied to some people but nothing posted from yourselves about it or timescales for a fix. Getting a bit of a joke now the amount of times this happens, especially at the start of a month when people trying to pay bills 🤦

    @TSB need to fix up the issues regarding the app if not all of us ( @TSB Customers) need to get any late payment fees paid back! Because it’s a @TSB issue and they haven’t rectified it and are responding to customers messages like a A.I CHATBOT
