@TSB I have done everything TSB has asked me to do several times including switching off my mobile before reinstalling. Last week the "payments to approve" page started working WITHOUT having to follow all the rigmarole you insist.

@TSB Nothing happens i dont have the app I just pay with my card online ever since bank holiday it stopped working carnt even send money into my account im just assuming its on your side and will likely get fixed when bank holiday is up

@TSB Question- what is the point of your your Greenock branch opening on a Saturday with no counter service. 3 staff doing not very much, but can’t withdraw any money. My 10yo daughter going to Eurodisney tomorrow and wanted to take out the cash she’s saved up. Farcical.

@TSB Tried that, gives me my user ID, which is what I've been using and when I try again I get the same error code. I can't log on the app either it tells me to set up my device, so I've deleted and re tried still no joy.

@TSB haven't been able to log in to mobile banking or internet banking since 2am, what the hell is going on! Tried uninstalling and rebooting phone nothing working!! Sort it!!
