@TSB Are you able to help - we're trying to get a mortgage in principle using your website. We've tried twice on two different laptops, the form doesn't work. On the last page when pressing next it empties the fields and will not submit. Can you help please?

@TSB any update on when your system will be sending OTP again? You ask customers for their bank balance as a security question, but when trying to log in to get the balance, your systems don't send the OTP to log in. What say you?

@TSB I’m running the latest version of the app, I can login using the website but it’s not ideal, I have tried turning off WiFi and using Airplane Mode but it still doesn’t open
