Dear @TSB, I raised a complaint via your App chat as recommended by you but I don't think it is being followed through. When I query again I chat I am not convinced the reply is relevant and then the message says the case "is closed". Please help.

@TSB Still on the line to the fraud section (redirected from customer service), continually telling me to 'stay on the line and we'll be with you soon.' The word 'soon' rapidly losing its impact now. Total length of call 42 mins.

Not happy at all with @TSB spent 4 hours trying to pay a supplier. I speak to nice people, but no one can solve the issue. Lucky, I have funds in the account! Beyond feed up #poorservice

@TSB Day 3 of no access via the app. Seriously get it sorted. Was told to reinstall app, and now trying to log in the OTP never works just gives error.
