@chris_attwood @TSB You can block ads on @YouTube, I got fed up seeing this ad over and over again promoting features Monzo has done from day one. When an ad plays there’s an overlay with options to see why you’re being shown an ad and within this there’s an option to not see that ad again.

@TSB My resolution this year is to find a bank that treats its customers with a bit of respect and decency. 19 years of tsb and I think a rock would have better customer service.

@TSB locked out account , been trying to add new signatories for months just getting run about from St Vincent st branch glasgow and now online error messages terrible way to treat a charity
