    @TSB Mobile app not working to authenticate a Tescos order. Uninstalled (on IOS) reinstalled and can’t log in - OTP is not being accepted.

    @SteLaw808 @TSB I’m having the same trouble. When I eventually got through they told me they are not aware of any issues. Looking at these tweets that’s obviously a blatant lie. Currently in a call queue, again! TSB sort your stuff out or lose my business.

    @TSB There appears to be ongoing issues since the upgrade. I can log on ok but when I try a transfer, the app just crashes. I am not in a crisis but I am concerned about your other customers.

    @TSB Still can’t log in online or on the app , online is saying my password is incorrect yet won’t send me a one time passcode … it definitely isn’t wrong either !!
