@TSB OK. If I'm not going to fill in a form to close my acct then I'm certainly not doing all that. I was trying to give you some feedback from a departing customer to pass up the line. I refer you to my comment earlier that if I wanted to work for TSB I'd apply for a job. Thanks.

My Dad opened my first bank account for me at 11 with @TSB and now I've filed a complaint and still awaiting promised documents 5 days on from "within 5 working days" and awaiting full closure of the entire account. Good riddance.

@TSB You stopped my card from working online. My children and I are covid positive, I can't order food to the home. I have to wait 5 days for a code to activate. The icing on the cake was when someone said pop to your local branch. Shall I bring covid to you?

@TSB The options are not customer-friendly. They seem designed for TSB's convenience. It shd be as easy to close the account as it is to move £k out of it. There is something you can do - pass my comments onto your managers (I appreciate it's not something you have control over).
