    @TSB No I haven’t. It’s the same issue as everyone as was having last weekend maybe. Where it kept getting declined even though there’s clearly funds

    @FilmPhilDoc @TSB Gave up on the High Street banks a few years ago and switched fully over to Monzo. Haven't looked back, never had a problem with anything with them and the many features were instantly beneficial for me.

    @FilmPhilDoc @TSB It's a pain. I spent about 15 years with NatWest. They managed to lose piles of cheques deposited with them on two separate occasions. Customer service terrible. A huge monolithic unresponsive slow bank. Have used Starling for business now for years- amazing.

    @TSB TSB complaints team, are incompetent, inefficient and patronising, a string of errors from them and 7 weeks later I have had nothing but stress from them and top it off a measley £30 cheque that bounced when paid into my account.

    @TSB I have tried to log on to system today and been having issues, requires to send otp states within 2 mins arrives 5 mins later once keyed in then it states another error has occurred! Do you have more issues today!

    @TSB I’ve been trying to logon to the app for hours now!! It keeps saying I need a OTP, I wait for the text which never arrives within 2 minutes it takes over 5 minutes and then when I type it in another error shows!! Same on the website too!! What is going on???

    @TSB Hello, I've been trying to log in to move money into my account for a service I've had to pay for today, can't log in so now I am overdrawn. Both online and the app won't work and I'm not near a branch. Poor service tbh.
