    @TSB I've just reinstalled the mobile banking app from Google Play store. The app opens, briefly shows a login page, then closes. I am running Android 10.

    @TSB I've reset my password about three times, had God knows how many pin numbers sent to me and still I can't access my account. You are beyond hopeless.

    @TSB I have finally managed to log in to my account. However sending a text very late on a Sunday saying I’ve gone overdrawn and then online banking not working is shocking! Can you imagine the anxiety?!
