Potters (@spotter75) reported@TSB Iโm looking at loans. Your website says both that โthere is no fee for making overpayments on your loanโ and that โwe may charge up to 58 days interest on any full settlementโฆโ. Which is it please. Both canโt be true. Is it just full settlements you charge on?!

Simon Parry (@sparry951) reported@TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th April. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. I'm assuming that as Friday and Monday are not working days if I made a payment today it would make no difference?

Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?
