    @TSB My nearest Branch in Wimborne is closing down soon and the next one is a bit of a drive away. So there’s no other way of accessing other than going to Boscombe or Gillingham going forward? (20 miles?)

    @TSB Not sure who to contact in regards to it, hence asking here! In bank can't help with replacement. Debit card. Yes, have access to mobile app. Money in account, no restrictions. As I said, I literally put the card in the reader, did not enter any pin and it came up with "last try"

    @TSB So having done this @TSB are not interested in solving the problem, they just want to be sure I have lodged a complaint. So no sign of getting a simple mandate changed.

    @TSB Hi odd one you've left a VM on my phone & text regrading fraudulent activities on a debit card only problem it's not me & you've got the wrong number for the person your trying to get hold off.

    @TSB Well, I’d have thought the problem was obvious? Why was the bank on Irvine High Street closed yesterday (4th January)?
