@TSB - quite literally the worst bank! Shockingly poor website design, cannot stop paper statements and no links on where to close business bank account. I’ll be taking our account to another bank

@TSB here is a tip to improve customer service/ waiting times as I can see you’re down on the scoring list.. If you want machines to replace staff, have more than one. Especially in a branch where the local community age group is higher than normal.

@loub87 @TSB Had the exact same issue. 5 x standing orders left my account. Then looks like they have come back into my account at zero value. Tried to ring - automated service is a nightmare to work 😫. Not happy!!

@TSB Hey Rich, just a Savings Account - I changed my current account from TSB in 2018 to Monzo after the server migration fiasco, I'm not looking to transfer it currently it's just if I need to in the future, what my options are for getting it out without doing it in cash

@TSB This bank is a disgrace, I have had to cancel my card and now you're saying you will not be refunding my fraud claim and no explanation why. Told to go back on the 'chat to me' and it's been down all day due to testing!!! Been with this bank for 25 years, time for a change!!!
