    @santanderuk @TSB Why have you blocked access to online banking unless various ID demands and proof of earnings are met? You say it's the law, but I bank with Barclays and NatWest and haven't had to do this? I don't see how it's only necessary for you?

    @TSB hi, as of last week we can no longer login to our business banking via the app, although none of our details etc have changed…do you have a live chat help feature? I can’t phone as the app is ON my phone, and there are no branches nearby…

    @YouTube i sent you a message and franly you are building the platform into a go kill yourself if you are poor space. i find your managemnt of the issues intollerable though i am too poor to fix it and have been kicked into the not paying pile as i cannot access my bank @TSB
