Our account was set up for all households to have joint access originally, but login has gone thro so many extra security levels, I’m now the only person who has the authorised devices & passwords & even I get confused! Really worry what would happen if I’m incapacitated.

    @STEVEO_HULL @TSB Having to jump on a friernds twitter account just to ask wtf is going on with my account. Transfered money into my lloyds account, no live trace to where its gone, moneys left the accoiunt but poof. Gone. Good job tsb.. Loosing a customer of 19 years here
