    @TSB Not a problem. The reason we went into branch as we knew it was going to be difficult for various reasons and it certainly gave Kirsteen a lot to think about

    @TSB I’m not a customer but need to talk to local branch re vulnerable customer / power of attorney. Your phone system just tells me to register for app but I’m not a customer. Your website does the same. Can you PLEASE help me??
