    @TSB Why do you make it almost impossible to inform you of a death? All I want to do is freeze the accounts and provide you with a death certificate. Your online form is not fit for purpose. Your telephone support tells you to fill in the form. I need probate to do anything else.

    @TSB what is wrong with the app yet again !! Constantly getting messages "oops something went wrong , try again later" This is beyond a joke now with the app, it has gone on for years , don't have another issues with any other banking but #tsb

    @JFoxleyBrookesx @TSB Definitely the @tsb app I can log in bit its slow and I cant access my accounts transactions. It says sorry this is unavailable right now please try later

    @TSB why have you gone ‘ block the card’ mad ?? I know you have to be anti fraud but your settings need changing . I get my card blocked on almost every credit card transaction and now my daughter on her current account debit card ! Time to change banks

    literally been on the phone for an hour talking to @TSB for the women to rudely cut me off an say it’s the end of the working day now so i’m going to go i’ll call you back tomorrow like wtf? how unprofessional

    @TSB what's going?? I raised a complaint last week, eventually got a reference number yet no acknowledgement via email that my complaint has been logged or even properly recorded?? Everyone I've spoken to doesn't seem remotely bothered or really interested - terrible service!
