    @TSB why can’t you just communicate with your customers and put a statement on website, APP and socials that you’re experiencing problems with online payments? Instead of letting people panic and your cust service teams get bombarded with calls?

    Can anybody at @TSB tell the director Adam banks to get some staff! This is utterly unacceptable! One hour and 15 minutes in a phone queue. Sort out your customer service.

    @TSB this payment approval option you have is absolutely ridiculous. It doesn’t work with most vendors, by the time I go to approve payment, it’s already failed on the vendor’s site. It’s shocking.

    Seems @TSB is having problems again!!! Ok what ever but why can't you keep customers informed on your socials or website instead of leaving people in the dark? It really is poor customer service.

    @TSB Ok, we give up, 1 hour plus on hold with no answer, an appalling service, still locked out of account and will have to do it all again tomorrow. Time to change banks I feel.
