    @TSB hello. How come in the business bank account you can’t access statements that are posted but on personal accounts you can? Also how come the bank now charges £5 for a statement to be printed, without enabling you to print statements at home?

    @liam_coyi @TSB It’s awful, Fraud can happen in so many ways! They just keep the money for themselves, and they don’t reply to emails or tweets!

    Hi @TSB I've had business acc for 15 years. You've frozen my acc bc I can't digitally sign something on my phone which doesn't like the Adobe prog you use. I didn't know any of this was happening. No help in branch, no help on phone I'll be closing my acc soon as this is sorted

    @TSB Problems logging in to business account. Supply details, press continue (to ignore security details check and update) and logged straight out. Click on log back in to account takes me to personal account login

    @TSB Is you online banking down? My login gets to the clicking to receive a text stage and then fails before I have a chance to enter the number
