@TSB absolutely appalling service from this so-called Bank. On hold for 2 hours, passed around various departments, then last advisor actually put the phone down on us. You are an absolute disgrace. Employ enough staff to deal with things properly!!!

@TSB hi I am in Australia and cannot get past the help bots on your website. issue with a closed credit card having a payment applied to it (how???) which wasn't visible in my acc until it was refunded but still have late fees applied. please DM

@TSB It’s for a current account, was advised a manager was going to call on Saturday but this did not happen. I need statement to prove payment, I’m an ex customer and since moved address. I don’t live near branch either

@TSB @Kayzy83 I have had the same tried calling between last 2 days! It’s an absolute disgrace them not answering sending texts and automated voice calls when fraud has flagged up on my account once this is sorted I will be changing banks never known a service like it!
