    @tsbcomplaints @TSB I am trying to put on a complaint, to no avail, Internet banking not working since 9am,i usually do bankers transfers, but obviously couldn't due to IB, not working, so have had to ride about town, trying to find an ATM cash machine, made me late for a hospital appointment!!! 🙄

    @TSB Still down….I urgently need to transfer money, this in ridiculous!! Been trying since 8am. Trust u’ll be giving us compensation

    @Carrielou73 @TSB The login issue is just the app, can't login via the internet either. C'mon @TSB get this sorted & why weren't customers notified of this? 😡

    @TSB Why is everything down? Why it everything down so often? What you are doing to get it back up and running today? What you are doing to stop it collapsing in future? No local branches so we need reliable app, internet, cards etc.

    @TSB It isn't just the app that isn't working. People are not able to use cards or withdraw money.

    @TSB Thank you and I completely appreciate its not your fault Beth but this is a regular occurrence. It has never been resolved properly since the big melt down. It’s weekly, sometimes several times a week I can’t access my account. Any plans to actually fix this?
