    @TSB hey guys and gals there's an issue with the mobile app for personal banking, its not working. All I'm getting is "we can't authenticate your device" I've just installed it on my new mobile and it worked, then when I went off and came back on I got that message

    @TSB surely you must be able to tell when an existing Apple Pay customer puts it back on via an app update or new device etc. sending out a mail everytime seems costly and not very environmentally friendly

    @TSB Hi Sophie, i am experiencing the same isues as everyone else who has DM'd you. The app is down, we cannot connect, its asking us to reset the app on our phones. Can you please advise when this will be fixed? Many thanks

    1/2 @PrideOfBritain had to turn this off, sponsored by the @TSB bank.This bank stole £12K off of our business account during the loss of our daughter (search their profile or Google it you will see our account isn’t the only one being randomly shut down with the loss of money)

    @TSB what is wrong with internet banking please?? Bank feeds not working through XERO API’s and trying to make payments through the app and had to reset over 20 times as no one time passwords arriving by text. Every day since Wednesday last week we have had issues?????

    @Bluebellewwfc @TSB On phone now to be fair and the lass is doing her best but 300 minutes would normally last me a month - I’m down 142 in total trying to get through to TSB today alone! Still on!

    @TSB is your mobile banking app supposed to ask for another login when you close its window? If I leave the app open and come back to it, it comes up logged in ,unlike my other account with another bank which asks for fingerprint again? I'm using the latest app.

    @TSB No need it will sort itself out not the first time just a glitch these things happen, no app runs perfectly 24/7 and anyone who expects this needs to read up and educate themselves on how apps work
