In the banking crisis ou charged me ยฃ10.5 k in fees for this crappy service when I could not work because my sister was dying. Rethink your business model.

This is because the pitiful @Docusign system rejected my ID because my name is spelt in capital letters. I tried calling but sat in a queue for 20 minutes. How am I supposed to contact you?
