    @TSB you need to update your bank . Its 2026 and the app is not up to date as it should be ive got a few ideas Consistent design: Ensure the app and website feel the same across devices.

    @TSB After 40+ years of being a customer I have realised you're basically a toy bank these days. The app suddenly stops working. Your app can't read cheques without failing every time for different reasons. Your customer support is foreign. Moving all my funds to a real bank.

    @santanderuk @TSB Sole trader. I've been on chat for ages and it's signed me out and then another time said technical issues. I keep responding and saying I'm still there when the screen comes up. Now been on for 40 minutes and counting.

    @TSB Whatโ€™s the point as it will likely only happen again in the future! You never learn and constantly make the same mistakes and errors so I would rather take my money elsewhere thanks!
