    Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?     Wow @TSB I called you today because YOU sent me a letter asking for my help. Your call centre staff were so inept, uninterested and unprofessional that I started to think this might be an Indian call centre scam

    @santanderuk @TSB Don't switch to Santander!!!! My switch has been 'completed' and I'm left unable to log onto mobile banking to access my money. They say I have to go into a branch to sort it out!! Fuming.
