    Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority Iโ€™ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, Iโ€™ve googled it and it says Iโ€™m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?     @TSB you need to update your bank . Its 2026 and the app is not up to date as it should be ive got a few ideas Consistent design: Ensure the app and website feel the same across devices.

    @TSB I need to register a power of attorney but the phone & online keeps asking for account details. We donโ€™t have account details & we donโ€™t have TSB accounts ourselves. We just need to register the LPA with you. Help!!
