@TSB Tried early this morning and several times throughout the day and again just now. That’s over 12 hours so far with no access, just can’t get on to my account to transfer money and pay bills due. Not good enough! #TSBdown

@TSB It is not acceptable I had to explain to my daughter in a pack shop that she had to wait for family member to bring money so can feed her cause couldn’t access my own money

@TSB The worst thing in the world was I was in Sainsbury's and I had to have a trolley rescan, I joked I wasn't trying to run off with anything but when I tried to log in to my app to transfer some money I couldn't it kept saying oops something went wrong !! Thank you TSB !!
