@TSB tried to open joint account 3 weeks ago which apparently would take a couple of days to go through! This is becoming urgent and not a word from you! No one answers the phone & need an account number to speak to anyone still waiting for an account number…. Appalling service

@TSB @MartinSLewis Appointment for Wednesday was rescheduled by TSB to Thursday. Yesterday TSB still couldn't fix my mortgage interest rate because of system issues at your end so I'm waiting until the staff member can resolve it, apparently by next Tuesday. Just keeping log here.

What UK bank accounts still allow you to purchase #cryptocurrency #bitcoin #crypto @tsb has just lost a customer by stopping my spending MY money on what I want. More the reason for decentralisation.

@TSB Hi. I’ve opened a new savings account, which shows in the app with a zero balance, but I can’t transfer the amount I said I would open the account with, or arrange the monthly transfer. Any help appreciated please
