    @TSB Trying to authorize a payment through the mobile app on an auction site and gets rejected, "due to insufficient authentication." Then try to log in on my desktop and I'm getting "ERRSCA02". What is going on?

    @TSB They are what used to be termed "card not present" transactions. Might be processed at a time or place when I am not by a telephone in order to verify them. I'm worried. I don't like this Strong Customer Authentication. I haven't got the means to enable it properly.

    @TSB We've been through this a few times before, you send me new log in details I try them and each time it won't let me sign in. I opened the account for the great rates and offers over 3 yrs ago, at the time as these have finished it would be better to close the account. I'llDM you
