    @TSB you have taken £500 from my account as a duplicate transaction. Your automated service says you are aware of duplicates. After 40 mins on hold trying to speak to a human, the info i couldn't get was will it be back in my account today? If not you will cover costs acocatied

    @stacelob @TSB I have had the same issue tried phoning told a call wait time of over 30 minutes and they cut me off. Left me with 97p and my daughter has no credit in her phone so she can't get hold of me if she has a problem on the way home from school

    @TSB Disgraceful service, also having a virtual assistant on Live chat to discuss possible fraud is not good enough. You could have your account cleaned out by the time it gets around to putting you through. Gave up after being on hold for an hour
