    Hi @TSB , I’ve been trying to pay my credit card but every time when I select the option, the app closes automatically. I also get an error message using internet banking on my laptop. Is there a technical issue going on? Are there other ways to pay? Thanks

    @TSB Is the app down? Again? not accepting my detail says it will lock account then when i try to reset it, it asks security questions i did not pick.

    @PostOffice I paid in a cheque to you Wheatley Branch on Monday. It should have showed in my account on Tuesday. @TSB are saying that your branch must still have it, but they’re not allowed to look for it until Monday. Can you help?

    @TSB is the most utterly useless bank. I cannot believe customer service stops at 1630, what absolute joke.
