    @TSB @6ft8_Dwarf Stop copying and pasting the same response and give people real answers with real time frames. Your service is exceptionally poor at the best of times and the fact you have to regularly take the whole app down to work on it is a joke. Respond properly!

    @TSB Hi Lesley. Ok, but when can we expect your services to be up and running again? Has the essential maintenance overrun or something? It seems a bit strange to take it your services down for maintenance on a Saturday morning when people may want to use it.

    @TSB The issues are caused by youth tech. This is a standard response and we deserve a timeline and compensation. This is not the 1st time
