  @TSB 5 wks ago I visited TSB in Glasgow city centre to have a direct debit camcelled. Was told a block would be placed on it, so why am I still being billed? You going to refund the 45 pounds I've paid this month - for absolutely NOTHING!??

  I have to say that the @TSB chat function is absolutely terrible; waiting at least 3 hours for a response to my query (having erroneously charged me interest two months in a row despite promising not to, and having previously offered goodwill payments to prevent my complaints)

  @TSB Same error. Cleared cache and data for app then uninstalled & rebooted. Same error.

  @santanderuk @TSB No good changes so far experience by a longterm customer who has spent hours on the phone trying to get an account added to the app due to address format not syncing with my other account address when Santander set up the new account address! Will be moving all my accounts.

  @TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises 🤬

  @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP

  @soxxylady @TSB You should join @StarlingBank. Very good customer service 24/7 and lots of good features with it too. You can live chat, send a message or call. Though it’s an online app bank so no branches

  @TSB pls help. Trying to have my card unblocked after a fraudulent payment was taken from my account. Tried to call through but unable to speak to an agent.
