@TSB Once again you advertise an outage from 11.30pm on Sat 6th Dec, but the site is already down at 10.30pm "whilst we make some changes ". Why do you repeatedly take your production systems offline way ahead of advertised outage start times? Are customers an inconvenience? 😡

@TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises 🤬

@TSB you blocked my card, then unblocked and approved transaction. Then immediately blocked my card. You rang twice just for two seconds with no caller id. Customer Service states same thing, will call within 24 hours . Very poor service. Get your act together
