@TSB are there issues with the app, kept saying ti could authenticate my device so I deleted and redownloaded, get as far as requesting the code by teslxt to reset up and it nevers comes through and I get the same device message again

@TSB are you going to answer to question to my last tweet,is it legal for you to send a default notice to a wrong address meaning the customer can't respond to it within 14 days because they are not aware of it.

@TSB is it legal for you to send a default notice to a different address where the customer doesn't have the opportunity to address the notice under the Consumer credit act 1974 (87)1 and have 14 days to respond to it

Dear @TSB I've been trying to obtain my user ID for online banking for the last few days, yet it keeps coming up with an error message - is there an issue with your online system?
