    @TSB Thanks for your message but pretty pointless. Don't you think I've already tried customer services ? On hold for over an hour today and they can't tell me anything when I do get through. Poor poor service from TSB on this issue.

    @TSB I'm trying to talk to someone about why I've been charged £3 for a return item fee. I've tried online chat and phone but can't get through to an actual person. My local branch closed so can't go in and I just want to know why I've been charged. Can you help at all? Thanks

    @TSB Tried paying online. Larger amount than normal. Account blocked. Had a text to call back immediately which I did 40 mins ago. No answer. If I was generally at risk I suspect my financial abuser wouldn’t have left me alone for such a period of time with my cards. Shocking service

    @TSB What's going on? I am a new business customer and can't access my account. Its the end of the month and I need to pay wages. Yesterday was on hold for an hour and I gave up. Today 45 mins to speak to someone who transferred me and been waiting over an hour again.

    @TSB you are quickly becoming the worst bank on the High St - 35mins in a queue with 20/30 people behind me and 1 cashier working (felt sorry for her) - Floor manager asked to put another cashier on, told they didn’t have the staff

    @TSB Why oh why does your online banking page keep not recognising the same log in details I’ve used for several years??? It’s driving me crazy & I’m seriously considering moving banks because of it. You’ve become absolutely shite since splitting with Lloyds 😡🤬

    @TSB @TSB No one else I know has had any problems in making a payment to a company (they have previously made payments to I may add), and then had their card completely blocked without warning...

    @JordanW24448554 @LTDAForum @TSB Uber are unscrupulous and often sell their account holder details on the dark Web. Close your account down ASAP and open a new one with a different number and sort code.....and be more careful who you use to drive you around. Always use a black cab, Taxiapp is 1,000% safe.
