@TSB The last phone call was 2 hours long. Every time, without exception, that we have rung the TSB customer numbers, there has been a minimum 30min wait on hold before speaking to someone. I have accounts with 6 different banks and have never ever had such awful #customerexperience

@TSB It would be nice to talk to someone, but you closed the branch, would be nice to stop a lost cheque, won't do it over the phone, have to drive for 1.5 hours to sort this. As a business customer, this is shocking

so it is clear @TSB have no common sense and do not care about their customers. When i call you, I expect to speak to a human, not a machine, I dont want to answer 100 security questions asked by a machine. I will answer the human. Go fix your **** or i am gone

@TSB My 82 year old mother has been trying to make an online transfer. So far, she (we) have had 5 unsuccessful attempts. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to the fraud dept, with over 30min wait on each international call.
