@TSB Not my favourite bank today. Banked with them for over ten years , never overdrawn. Applied for a Mastercard to replace a card I always clear monthly and been declined. I'm not sure what sort of customer they want. Perhaps they want debtors to borrow from them.

@TSB Hi Gino I sent complaints emails using the form on your website - one resulted in the account being "properly" closed, as it was only partially closed and the next time the person told me I would stop receiving letters and emails, I've received a cyber advice email (all text).

So @TSB what if there has been a vulnerable person trying to catch a bus this evening and hasn't been able to access their funds? Or someone who needs food for their children? You've left people completely cut off from their money @financialombuds
