    @TSB any chance of turning off the need to approve payments whilst you sort the issues out with not being able to actually do this? Having to use my 12 year olds bank account to pay for the weekly shop! So inconvenient

    @TSB You can forget it, a bunch of clowns. Between closing loads of branches, shoddy service, how impossible you make it to speak to an actually competent human I’m at my limit as a customer of over 8 years. I’ll use someone else’s card from a competent company for the transaction.

    @TSB Hi, do you know when the IT issue on the business app for authenticating purchases will be fixed? I phoned Monday and was told to keep trying but this is holding up work I want to do!

    @TSB That is what my issue is. I couldn’t pay for my shopping today as I had no working card. And then put on hold for ages to be transferred to fraud to be told the same thing!

    @TSB Your app isn’t working on Apple products & your call centres are lying to customers about when it’ll be fixed. What more do you need to know?

    @TSB local tsb is open until 5pm great, but they don’t do counter service so what is point in having a bank open when you can’t draw money out.

    @TSB @Thimble99137638 I also cannot approve payments on the app. The 'approve payment' button is dead and does nothing. I have tried this on 3 payments for a business account. No customer service open or chat. Totally unacceptable for a business customer not being able to order goods needed urgently.

    @TSB Does tsb realise that you can't get access to information on savings accounts on its APP. At least a week now. WHY IS THIS SO?
