    @TSB Again??! So... because you're doing essential maintenance I can't access my own money through yhr bank??? Sat like a ******** at the petrol st because I can't log in to send my own money. Pathetic

    @TSB Is there a timescale for when complaint via the chat will even be looked at? It’s getting on to 48 working hours since it was raised and baring in mind it says I would have a response by 5pm Friday you’ve failed that?

    @TSB Luckily yes but what is the option when the sim card is broken or the phone is lost. Email needs to be an option.

    So @TSB won’t let me into online banking, I phone them to get it sorted, told I’d be able to get back in right away and I’m still having issues. Over this now
