@TSB hi there I need to set up third party access for me for my Dad. Found the online form but Dad doesn’t have photo ID (pp expired and DL rescinded sue to his medical condition) how can we proceed? He is not able to travel to branch.

Trouble with @TSB - "We weren't able to do that. We're having trouble trying to authenticate your login." Wouldn't be too worried if I wasn't having to confirm a payment for electric which is about to go on emergency. Neither me, my wife or our daughter can access our accounts.

@TSB @EddieClarkson Absolute NIGHTMARE! This bank was having issues last week, now this week and no one is in the office because its sunday.
