All in my network should be aware of this situation as @TSB are clearly not set up for or trained appropriately to support business banking.

I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers

Everyone I've spoken to doesn't seem remotely bothered or really interested - terrible service!
