@ColeHulking @TSB I can get in fine. I just have to reset details each time. I only login once a month now at the most because of it. It's only a secondary account used for transferring money about.

@TrishBrady16 @TSB Problem is, where to? They all seem as revolting as each other. Banking is a terrible experience these days.

  • V1SEO Yellow Duck (@V1SEO) reported

@TSB Having a nightmare trying to login for about 6 months now. It doesn't let me add letters when asking for memorable name only numbers. Only way I can get in is reset everything every time I login. Any way of sorting this. Tried other browsers, clearing cookies, etc.

@TSB Seriously? if my details are working to login online, how is changing them going miraculously make the app start working? not wasting more of my weekend on this, you guys obviously have no idea what's going on with the app.

  • happymamma36 Jo (@happymamma36) reported

@TSB not everyone wants to go cashless - real money is worth more, shops are charged each card transaction, which pushes up prices to the consumer! In a £££ crisis a bank is the one place ppl should be able to access. What would happen if the Internet went down? #Banks #cash

@TSB Considering the amount of time your banking app, and online banking is down every month, fraudsters have probably given up!! Maybe your complete incompetence, and unreliability does have a use after all!!

  • Princybalisky Marco Cireddu (@Princybalisky) reported

@TSB How long is it gonna take to fix the problem? I am on holiday and I don't have access to my bank account.

  • VikingBally VikingChris (@VikingBally) reported

@TSB App Still not working, Can't even make transactions as i have to approve the transaction using the app that doesn't even work. Beyond a joke.. you are litarally costing me money when you are meant to safeguard my money.

@TSB I'm so glad I left your below-average service after the best financial "advice" you could offer me during a cancer diagnosis was "extend your overdraft". Followed by a copy and paste response about how you don't copy and paste responses - complete with *insert information here*.
