    Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority Iโ€™ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, Iโ€™ve googled it and it says Iโ€™m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?     Wow @TSB support is so tightly wound around ai I have multiple issues to raise and it sends me a link to report an issue, where are the real human beings? When you do get a human, no notification theyโ€™ve messaged so they close the chat down! And tell you to start again!

    @TSB I've had 2 letters about a saving account I thought was closed years ago. I have no card or note of the a/c. It seems absolutely impossible to speak to someone without the a/c number.

    @TSB Hey! Iโ€™ve not had a card with yourselves since early/mid 2020โ€ฆ why 6 years later is this card reappearing on my credit reports as a closed account? It seems rather oddโ€ฆ I had loads of problems getting the account actually closed on my report back then.

    Wow @TSB reporting fraud & you want me to contact the merchant?! I donโ€™t know who that is thatโ€™s why Iโ€™ve reported it as fraudulent transactions !Absolutely atrocious service for someone who has been a customer for 32 years! I will be closing my account immediately

    @TSB Yes I'm now able to login but frankly Im done with this ****, every week this bug reappears and now I'm just going to nationwide, **** your bank and your shite services, it makes sense that the worst bank to man is now buying out your bank.
