    @TSB Are you fixing the issue with your app I’m still unable to approve payments I need to pay my bills…. I’m going to start occurring charges soon… that yes I will be sending you TSB the bill for! It’s getting ridiculous now!

    @TSB your fraud report line states it is open until 23:00 but when you finally get past all the security **** it says it closes at 21:00 - not great & open to fraud - very poor

    @TSB why do I need to approve payment now for every single transaction I make ? Even regular payments . Terrible , time consuming and that’s when the service works

    @TSB @PrideOfBritain The evidence that Birmingham is truly a horrible cess pit of a place, is that you ask the people who are from there what it's like and they would say it's awful Ask a Mancunian or a Londoner what they think of their city & they will tell ya it's the best place in the world!

    @tsb ERRSCA02 error, doesn't recognise User ID. I've already reported it. Serious problems here! Looks like it's an on-going issue for lots of customers!

    @TSB I am unable to access mobile app or online banking. Error messages for both. I'd like this resolved. I also plan to move all my accounts to another bank because this is happening persistently.
