    @TSB It doesn’t really help if my local branch is open but nobody will be able to help me. Can I order adhoc statements and move money via CHAPS through telephone banking? The statements need to show these funds being moved so not just the current statement available on the portal.

    @TSB It’s for a current account, was advised a manager was going to call on Saturday but this did not happen. I need statement to prove payment, I’m an ex customer and since moved address. I don’t live near branch either

    Absolutely shocking tel service from @TSB internet and fraud depts. Lovely people in branch having to wait for 1 hr to get someone to respond and then they were totally inept and she had to call again! Another 40 mins. Been in branch 2hrs now while advisor trying her best!

    @TSB Hi. The app isn't letting me in and it's saying I need to set up my device again. It's been working perfectly until now and I don't have my details to hand to set up again. Is there an error on the app?

    Hi @TSB - Been trying to reach your Fraud dept for the last 48 hours, 4 hours holding on the phone yesterday 4 hours today. Is this normal? Im abroad and nobody helps! Not very normal to spend eight hours trying to reach you! Need to unlock my card asap! Urgent help please!

    @TSB hi I am in Australia and cannot get past the help bots on your website. issue with a closed credit card having a payment applied to it (how???) which wasn't visible in my acc until it was refunded but still have late fees applied. please DM

    @TSB @Kayzy83 I have had the same tried calling between last 2 days! It’s an absolute disgrace them not answering sending texts and automated voice calls when fraud has flagged up on my account once this is sorted I will be changing banks never known a service like it!
