@TSB Hi, yesterday someone attempted to take £921 from my Nationwide account. Nationwide advised me it was a payment set up through TSB. I've been on a call with you for 83 minutes so far. I've been transfered 4 times but no one seems able to help. What do you suggest?

@ProMediaRes1 @TSB That's terrible. When I opened my TSB account I was given the phone number of the local branch. It's great. I'm disappointed that they are not being more helpful. Come on @TSB get this sorted.

When you spend 2.5 hrs of your dam life life to get through to pay car insurance and the bank @TSB block your payment incase its fraud sent me a text after 3 attempts by the insurers then that system blocked even tho I set up Autorenew for my car ins 3rd Yr NOW NO INSURAN

@TSB Hi, is there a problem with online banking? I have been told on the menu I need new login info and when I create completely new passwords it's saying it can't be the same as the old one. I can't access my account now.
