    @TSB I've called 3 times this morning to speak to your fraud team and every time I speak to someone they hang up before they resolve the problem. I'm abroad, spent 2 hours on the phone and running out of money now. Can you call me back? No access to my money abroad is dangerous

    @TSB Thank you for the update. I phoned my branch first and was directed to an automated answer saying "try our mobile app or Internet banking it's quicker". You really have to sort this out as messages like these are not only confusing but deeply irritating. Advise when working .

    Is there a problem with your Business Banking Android app? @TSB. I've been trying to complete a transfer all day, and I keep getting an error message that's says: "Sorry, we couldn't do that, please try again later." How else can I effect this transfer?

    @TSB Problems with access to @TSB mobile last night and still no access today. Per @DowndetectorUK it’s clearly a problem for more than just me. Getting same Oops message as others on this stream. Using Apple IOS.
