chris kenny (@texasranger78) reported from Twechar, Scotland@TSB an absolute joke. Duplicate payments taken from my bank account. Just under 4k taken and not even an email/text or call to explain. Hope your going to reimburse all clients and issue some sort of compensation..#worstbank
